Ovruchsky Uyezd

Slovechno (Ukrainian: Словечне, Polish: Słoweczne, Russian: Словечно), also called Slovechne, is a village in the Korosten Raion of Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine. It is 33 kilometres (21 miles) from Ovruch. Placed next to the Slovechna river, it is the capital of the hromada of the same name [uk].

Luhyny (Ukrainian: Лугини, Russian: Луги́ны, Polish: Łuhyny) is a rural settlement in Korosten Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine. Prior to 2020, it was the administrative center of the former Luhyny Raion. Population: 3,868 (2022 estimate) In 2001, population was 4,692. Its area is 5 km.

Korosten (Ukrainian: Коростень, ), also historically known as Iskorosten (Іскоростень), is a historic city and a large transport hub in Zhytomyr Oblast, northern Ukraine. It is located on the Uzh River. Korosten serves as the administrative center of Korosten Raion. As of January 2022, Korosten's population was approximately 61,496.

Ovruch (Ukrainian: Овруч, ) is a city in Korosten Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, northern Ukraine. Until 2020, it was the administrative center of the former Ovruch Raion, until it was merged into Korosten Raion. It has a population of approximately 15,250 (2022 estimate), and is home to the Ovruch air base.

Narodychi (Ukrainian: Народичі) is a rural settlement in Korosten Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, northern Ukraine. It was the administrative center of the former Narodychi Raion, and after the reform in 2020, the city became part of the Korosten Raion. It lies on the northern side of the Uzh River, 134 kilometres northwest of Kyiv. Population: 2,907 (2022 estimate)

Kysorychi (Ukrainian: Кисоричі, Polish: Kisorycze) is a village located in Sarny Raion, Rivne Oblast, Ukraine, but was formerly administered within Rokytne Raion. Before the 1939 Nazi German and Soviet invasions of Poland, the village was named Kisorycze and was located in Gmina Kisorycze, Sarny County, Wołyń Voivodeship in the eastern part of the Second Polish Republic. The biggest employer in the area was a glass factory in Rokytne (Рокитне) 8 km north of town, employing 400 workers.

Bazar (Ukrainian: Базар) is a village in the Zhytomyr Oblast in North-Western Ukraine. In a past it used to be a town. Bazar is located in Korosten Raion which suffered from the Chernobyl disaster and some populated places were abandoned and population was relocated.

Rokytne (Ukrainian: Рокитне, Polish: Rokitno) is a rural settlement in Rivne Oblast (province) in north-western Ukraine. It also formerly served as the administrative center of Rokytne Raion, housing the district's local administration buildings until the raion's abolition in 2020, and is now administered within Sarny Raion. Its population was 7,143 as of the 2001 Ukrainian Census. Current population: 6,521 (2022 estimate).

Olevsk (Ukrainian: Олевськ, ; Polish: Olewsk; Yiddish: אלעווסק) is a city in Korosten Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine. As of January 2022 its population was approximately 10,032.

Novi Velidnyky (Ukrainian: Нові Велідники, New Velidnyky) is a village in Korosten Raion, Ukraine, the administrative center of Novovilednicka rural council.
