Tang Qingcai (born 26 March 1961) is a Chinese windsurfer. He competed in the Windglider event at the 1984 Summer Olympics.

Chen Peina (Chinese: 陈佩娜; pinyin: chén pèi nà; born 19 June 1989 in Shantou, Guangdong) is a Chinese female competitive sailor.

Li Ling (Chinese: 李玲; pinyin: Li Líng; born March 14, 1986 in Binzhou, Shandong) is a Chinese windsurfer, who specialized in Neil Pryde RS:X class. As of March 2013, Li is ranked no. 39 in the world for the sailboard class by the International Sailing Federation.

Wang He (born 9 November 1988 in Beijing) is a male Chinese sports sailor who competed for Team China at the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Lu Yunxiu (Chinese: 卢云秀) is a Chinese windsurfer. She is the 2020 Olympic champion in Women's RS:X. The discipline is being retired from the Olympics, which also makes her the last Olympic champion in Women's RS:X.
