    Sandra Anne "Sandy" Brondello (born 20 August 1968) is an Australian women's basketball coach, and the current coach of the Phoenix Mercury of the WNBA. Brondello played in Australia, Germany and the WNBA before retiring to become a coach. The 1.70 m (5'7") Brondello is one of Australia's all-time best shooting guards. She played on Australia's "Opals" national team at four Summer Olympics, and won three medals (one bronze, two silvers). She attended the Australian Institute of Sport in 1986–1987, and was inducted to the Australian Basketball Hall of Fame in 2010.

    Tim Walsh (born 10 April 1979) is an Australian rugby union coach and a former professional player. He is currently head coach of the Australian men's sevens team and was previously head coach of the Australian women's sevens team which won the Olympic gold medal in 2016. Walsh played as a fly-half for the Queensland Reds in Super Rugby, and for several professional teams in England and Italy. He is a former captain of the Australian men's sevens team.

    Terence ("Terry") Arthur Walsh (born 20 November 1953) is a field hockey coach and a former player who played as a striker for Australia. He represented Australia in two Olympic Games, winning a silver medal at the 1976 Games in Montreal. Following his playing career, he became a coach and had successful spells with Australia and Netherlands. He also coached the Indian men's team and guided the team to its first gold medal at the Asian Games after 16 years.

    Lindsay John Casson Gaze OAM (born 16 August 1936) is an Australian former basketball player and coach. He played for Australia in three Summer Olympics qualification tournaments, between 1960 and 1968, and was the head coach of the senior Australian basketball team at four Summer Olympics, between 1972 and 1984. Gaze also coached the Melbourne Tigers for 35 years, including 22 seasons in the National Basketball League (NBL), winning two league championships, in 1993 and 1997. He was the NBL Coach of the Year in 1989, 1997 and 1999, and is second all-time in the number of coaching wins in that league. Gaze is a member of the Australian Basketball Hall of Fame, as both a player and coach, and is an associate member of the Sport Australia Hall of Fame. He has also been inducted into both the FIBA Hall of Fame and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, as a coach.

    Brian Warwick Goorjian (born 28 July 1953) is an American professional basketball coach and former player who is the head coach of Illawarra Hawks of the National Basketball League (NBL). He is the winningest coach in Australian basketball and his career has been called the most successful in NBL history by Basketball Australia. In an NBL coaching career spanning over 20 years, Goorjian has won six championships: two with the South East Melbourne Magic, three with the Sydney Kings and one with the South Dragons. He served as the head coach of the Australia men's national basketball team from 2001 to 2008.
