Office of the President of the Philippines

The Office of the President of the Philippines (OP; Filipino: Tanggapan ng Pangulo ng Pilipinas), is an administrative, advisory, and consultative government agency that aids the president of the Philippines in performing their duty as head of state and chief of the executive branch of government.

The presidential spokesperson was a government official whose primary responsibility was to serve as the speaking representative of the president of the Philippines. The press secretary (previously the secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office) has historically assumed the role.

The Philippines' Presidential Management Staff is an agency attached to Malacañang that is tasked to manage the development and formulation of the projects and policies of the Office of the President. Though the PMS is headed by a Secretary, the Secretaries of the Cabinet, Chief of Staff, and Appointments, support the agency. The PMS, the Office of the Appointments Secretary and the newly created Events Management Cluster are under the supervision of the Office of the Special Assistant to the President.

Philippine Information Agency is a state news agency of the Philippines.

The Secretary of the Presidential Communications Office is the head of the Presidential Communications Office of the Philippines. Formerly known as the Minister of Public Information (1969–February 25, 1996), Press Secretary (1965–1969; April 28, 1986 – August 9, 2010; June 30–December 29, 2022), and Secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (August 9, 2010 – June 30, 2022). The holder of the position also acts as the presidential spokesperson.

The Malacañang Chief of Staff, named after Malacañang Palace, the official residence of the president of the Philippines, also referred to as the "presidential chief of staff," was an official position under the Office of the President of the Philippines. President Joseph Estrada created the position in February 16, 2000, but described it as only being a "temporary" position. However, this position was carried over to the administration of his successor, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, before being abolished in February 26, 2008.

The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) formerly known as the Presidential Communications Group (PCG), is the lead communications arm of the Office of the President of the Philippines and is tasked with communicating the Administration's messages and the executive branch of government. The office is headed by the Presidential Communications Secretary.

The Office of the Executive Secretary of the Philippines (formerly the Executive Office) is the head and highest-ranking official of the Office of the President of the Philippines and a member of the Cabinet of the Philippines. The office-holder has been nicknamed as the "Little President" due to the nature of the position. It was given the mandate "to directly assist the President in the management of affairs of the government as well as to direct the operations of the Executive Office." It is headed by the Executive Secretary in which appointed by the President upon confirmation by the Commission on Appointments.
