Katja Johanna Alice Nyberg (born 24 August 1979) is a naturalized Norwegian handball player, currently retired. She played 99 games and scored 321 goals for the Norwegian national team during her career. With the Norwegian team she won a gold medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and a silver medal at the 2007 World Women's Handball Championship in France, as well as two gold medals and one silver medal at the European Championships.

Gro Hammerseng-Edin (born 10 April 1980 in Gjøvik as Gro Hammerseng) is a Norwegian former handballer who last played for the club Larvik HK. She was captain of the Norwegian national team for several years, and in 2007 she was voted female World Handball Player of the Year.

Anja Hammerseng-Edin (born 5 February 1983) is a former Norwegian handball player. She previously played for Larvik HK and for the Norwegian national team.

Vibeke Westbye Skofterud (20 April 1980 – 29 July 2018) was a Norwegian cross-country skier. She won gold in the 4 × 5 km relay at Vancouver in 2010. Her best individual finish at the Winter Olympics was eighth in the 30 km event at Salt Lake City in 2002.

Bente Nordby (born 23 July 1974) is a former Norwegian football goalkeeper, who last played for Olympique Lyonnais in Lyon, France. She played with the Norway women's national football team from 1991 to 2007.

Mia Terese Hundvin (born 7 March 1977) is a former Norwegian handball player.

Isabell Lehn Herlovsen (born 23 June 1988) is a Norwegian football player who is currently playing for Kolbotn after moving home from China and the club Jiangsu Suning. She plays as a midfielder and a striker.

Anja Andersen (born 15 February 1969 in Odense, Denmark) is a former Danish team handball player and current coach. She is an Olympic champion, World champion and two times European champion. In 1997, she was named IHF World Player of the Year. She is widely regarded as perhaps the best Danish female handball player ever.

Ingrid Syrstad Engen (born 29 April 1998) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Spanish Primera División club Barcelona and the Norway national team. She previously played for Trondheims-Orn and LSK Kvinner in Norway and Wolfsburg in Germany before joining Barcelona in 2021.

Guro Reiten (born 26 July 1994) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a winger for English club Chelsea and the Norway national team. Before joining Chelsea in 2019, she played in Norway for Sunndal, Kattem, Trondheims-Ørn, and LSK Kvinner.
