Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon, CI, GCVO, CD (Margaret Rose; 21 August 1930 – 9 February 2002) was the younger daughter of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, and the only sibling of Queen Elizabeth II.

She was Queen consort of the United Kingdom and the Dominions from her husband's accession in 1936 until his death in 1952, after which she was known as Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, to avoid confusion with her daughter. She was the last Empress of India.

Styled as Lord Glamis between 1986 and 2016, he is the eldest son of Michael Bowes-Lyon, 18th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne and his first wife, Isobel Weatherall. In 2021, he pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman at his ancestral home, Glamis Castle.

Sir David Carnegie, 1st Earl of Southesk, 1st Baron Carnegie of Kinnaird, 1st Baron Carnegie, of Kinnaird and Leuchards (1575–1658) was a Scottish nobleman. He was a member of the Privy Council of Scotland and held the office of Lord of Session. He was created an earl in 1633.
