    The August 1st Building, also known as the Bayi Building located at No. 7 Fuxing Road (Beijing) in Haidian District, Beijing, is a military office building in Beijing, China. It was planned to be the main office for the agencies of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of Defense. It has become known as the "Great Hall of the People's Liberation Army" as it is the venue of most military diplomatic events and important military meetings.
