New India Samachar is a fortnightly magazine in India launched by the Government of India on August 15, 2020. It is published by the Bureau of Outreach and Communication (BOC), a media unit operating under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

The Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity (DAVP) is the nodal agency of the Government of India for advertising by various Ministries and organisations of Government of India, including public sector undertakings and autonomous bodies.

The National Film Award for Best Production Design is one of the National Film Awards presented annually by the Directorate of Film Festivals, the organisation set up by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, India. It is one of several awards presented for feature films and awarded with Rajat Kamal (Silver Lotus).

Yojana Malayalam is the premier and prestigious development journal published by the Publications Division, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India. Presently Yojana is publishing in 12 Indian languages including Malayalam. Sales Emporium, Trivandrum is the Regional Outlet of Publications Division, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, where all the Books and Journals published by Publications Division, are available. Publications Division publishes books and Journals in Hindi, English and other regional languages. So far Publications Division has published 7,600 titles on a wide range of subjects([3]) including art, culture, national heritage, biographies of national leaders in various fields, science, flora and fauna and children's literature and INDIA – Year Book, a prestigious publication of the Division, published every year. It also publishes journals like Yojana, Ajkal, Kurukshetra, Bal Bharti, and Employment News([4])

National Media Centre (also known as National Press Centre) is the media centre of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Its situated on Raisina Road in Central Delhi, close to the Rashtrapati Bhawan and Sansad Bhavan (Parliament House) and important ministries. The foundation ceremony for it was done in 2001. It was inaugurated in 2013. It houses the Press Information Bureau (PIB) and publicity offices of the ministry. It was modeled on media centres in Washington and Tokyo and other capitals.

Children's Film Society India (CFSI) is a nodal organisation of Government of India that produces children's films and various TV programs in various Indian languages. Established in 1955, CFSI functions comes under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India and is headquartered in Mumbai.

Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Dhenkanal was established in August 1993 as a branch of IIMC, Delhi, an autonomous body funded by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, India. It offers Post Graduate Diploma journalism courses in English and Odia, an official Indian language spoken mainly in Odisha.
