James Edward Kelly (born February 14, 1960) is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for eleven seasons with the Buffalo Bills. He also played two seasons with the Houston Gamblers in the United States Football League (USFL).

Bernard Joseph Kosar Jr. (born November 25, 1963) is a former American football quarterback who played professionally in the National Football League (NFL). Kosar played for the Cleveland Browns from 1985 to 1993 and then finished his career with the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins. With the Cowboys, he won Super Bowl XXVIII, beating the Buffalo Bills, on January 30, 1994.

Kenneth Simon Dorsey (born April 22, 1981) is a former American football quarterback. He is currently the quarterbacks coach for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). Dorsey played college football for the University of Miami, where he was a two-time Heisman Trophy finalist. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the seventh round of the 2003 NFL Draft, and played for the Cleveland Browns from 2006 to 2008. He was then the quarterbacks coach for the Carolina Panthers from 2013 to 2017.

Gino Louis Torretta (born August 10, 1970) is a former American college and professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for five seasons. He played college football for the University of Miami, won the Heisman Trophy in 1992, and was a member of the Miami Hurricanes' national championship teams of 1989 and 1991. A seventh-round pick in the 1993 NFL Draft, he was a member of several NFL teams, but never became a regular starter as a pro. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2010.

Vincent Frank Testaverde Sr. (born November 13, 1963) is a former American football quarterback who played for 21 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Miami, where he was an All-American and won the Heisman Trophy in 1986.

Mark Allan Richt (born February 18, 1960) is a retired American football head coach, former player, and television analyst. He was the head football coach at the University of Georgia for 15 years and at the University of Miami, his alma mater, for three. His teams won two Southeastern Conference (SEC) championships, five SEC division titles, and one Atlantic Coast Conference division title. He was a two-time SEC Coach of the Year (2002, 2005), the 2017 ACC Coach of the Year, and the winner of the national 2017 Walter Camp Coach of the Year Award.

Craig Neil Erickson (born May 17, 1969) is a former professional quarterback who was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 1991 NFL Draft and also by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fourth round of the 1992 NFL Draft. He is one of the few NFL players to be drafted twice, another famous example being Bo Jackson. Coincidentally, each was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

George Ignacio Mira (born January 11, 1942) is a former professional American football player, a quarterback in eight National Football League (NFL) seasons for four teams. He then played five seasons in the Canadian Football League and World Football League.

Fran Curci (born June 11, 1938) is a former American football player and coach. He was an All-American quarterback at the University of Miami in 1959. He served as head coach at the University of Tampa from 1968 to 1970, the University of Miami from 1971 to 1972 and the University of Kentucky from 1973 to 1981, compiling a career college football coaching record of 81–70–2.

Kenneth Alphonso Kelly (born January 26, 1979) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder who played in the major leagues for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Cincinnati Reds, and Washington Nationals. He had also been a quarterback for the University of Miami football team.
