Mayors of Iloilo City

Fernando Hofileña López Sr. (April 13, 1904 – May 26, 1993) was a Filipino statesman. A member of the influential López family of Iloilo, he served as Vice President of the Philippines for three terms – under Elpidio Quirino (1949–1953) for the Liberals and Ferdinand Marcos (1965–1969 and 1969–1972) for the Nacionalistas. He was also the chairman of ABS-CBN Corporation from 1986 to his death in 1993.

Serapion Cuartel Torre (November 14, 1892 – December 17, 1941), was a Filipino litterateur, poet, novelist, zarzuela writer, and playwright of the Hiligaynon language. He is widely known as the "Father of Modern Hiligaynon Literature". Some of his popular works are Sayup nga Ikamatay (1915) and Dagta nga Makatinlo (1919) for zarzuelas, and Bus-og nga Bulawan (1928) and Mater Dolorosa (1931) for novels.

Rodolfo Tiamson Ganzon Sr. (25 March 1922 - 29 October 2003) was a Filipino politician and lawyer from Iloilo who became Senator of the Philippines and was known as the Grand Timawa (Freeman).

Geronimo Perez Treñas (born December 4, 1956), publicly known as Jerry Treñas, is a Filipino politician who is currently serving as the Mayor of Iloilo City since 2019. Treñas also holds the position of chairman of the Metro Iloilo–Guimaras Economic Development Council (MIGEDC), the government agency responsible for the development of the Metro Iloilo–Guimaras area.

Jed Patrick Escalante Mabilog (born September 20, 1965), publicly known as Jed Patrick Mabilog, is a Filipino politician who previously served as the Mayor of Iloilo City from 2010 to 2017.

Raisa Maria Lourdes Sarabia Treñas-Chu (born November 27, 1985), also known as Inday Raisa, is a Filipino businesswoman and politician who was elected as Mayor of Iloilo City in the 2025 Philippine local elections. She is set to assume office on June 30, 2025. Treñas-Chu is the first woman elected to the position and the second woman to serve as mayor of the city, following the appointment of Rosa O. Caram.

Jose "Joe" Sanson Espinosa III (born June 20, 1956), also known as Joe III, is a Filipino politician who served as mayor of Iloilo City from 2017 to 2019.
