Architects are a British metalcore band from Brighton, East Sussex, formed in 2004 by twin brothers Dan and Tom Searle. The band now consists of Dan Searle on drums, Sam Carter on vocals, Alex Dean on bass, and Adam Christianson and Josh Middleton on guitars. They have been signed to Epitaph Records since 2013.

Protest the Hero is a Canadian progressive metal band from Whitby, Ontario. Originally named Happy Go Lucky, the band changed their name to Protest the Hero shortly before releasing their debut EP, Search for the Truth, in 2002. In 2005, the band released their first full-length album Kezia on the indie label Underground Operations.

War from a Harlots Mouth is a German metalcore band from Berlin, formed in 2005. Consisting of vocalist Nico Webers, guitarists Simon Hawemann and Daniel Oberländer, bassist Filip Hantusch, and drummer Paule Seidel, the band is noted for a distinct musical style consisting of infusing many different genres into their songs, such as math metal, death metal, and jazz.

The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza was an American mathcore band, from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, the founding members were Layne Meylain, Mason Crooks, Brad Thompson, and Mike Butler. They relocated to Murfreesboro, TN to find a frontman and share their music with the world. They founded the original band and named themselves The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza in 2004. The group derived their name (as a joke) from celebrity Tony Danza, upon one of his professions being tapdancing. The band released four studio albums.

Sikth (also typeset as SikTh) are a British progressive metal band from Watford, Hertfordshire, England, formed in 1999. They are considered to have been a key influence to the djent movement within progressive metal, alongside Meshuggah.

Ion Dissonance is a Canadian mathcore/deathcore band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They're known for their technical mathcore style but changed to a more heavy, groove based style with the release of their 2007 album Minus the Herd.

The End were a Canadian mathcore/metalcore band formed in 1999 in Mississauga. They have been repeatedly compared to bands like Dillinger Escape Plan and deathgrind group Discordance Axis, as well as Neurosis. The band's debut full-length album "Transfer Trachea Reverberations from Point: False Omniscient" won a Canadian independent music award for metal album of the year in 2002. Their second album, Within Dividia was released on January 13, 2004 through Relapse Records. Their third album, Elementary, was released on Relapse Records on February 6, 2007. The album's sound is unlike previous albums, with partially sung vocals and a far more regular song structure. This change in sound has pushed many to compare the band to similarly accessible metal acts such as Tool, In Flames and even Opeth.

The Crinn is an American mathcore band from St Paul, Minnesota formed in 2005. On April 20, 2010 they released their debut album "Dreaming Saturn" through Nuclear Blast records.
