MasterChef (British TV series) contestants

Ross Kelvin Burden (16 December 1968 – 17 July 2014) was a celebrity chef from New Zealand. His early career was as a model and he became a chef later in life inspired by the time spent cooking with his grandmother.

Emily Ludolf (born 1990 in Lyne, Surrey, England) was the youngest-ever finalist when she appeared in the 2008 series of BBC TV show MasterChef, a reality tv show for amateur cook. In the finals Ludolf competed against Jonny Stevenson and James Nathan, the latter eventually winning the competition. Ludolf drew media attention after the show was broadcast after having confounded the judges, Gregg Wallace and John Torode, with her own strange culinary inventions, which have later been published in various newspaper and magazine articles.

Gillian McCord is a Scottish former rugby union player who played lock for Royal High Corstorphine RFC and Watsonians Ladies Rugby at a club level, and the Scotland women's national rugby union team. She made her debut as Scottish Captain against Canada in 2007. In 2019, she placed as a runner-up in the cooking competition show MasterChef.

Bruce Tasker (born 2 September 1987) is a British former bobsledder and track athlete. He qualified for the 2014 Winter Olympics in the 4-man discipline.

Christian Day (born 24 June 1983 in Blackpool, Lancashire) is a rugby union player for Northampton Saints in the Aviva Premiership. Day previously played all of his professional career at Sale except for a short term contract at French giants Stade Français. In the 2005–2006 season, Day played as a replacement in the final as Sale Sharks won their first ever Premiership title.

Solomon Oladiran Taiwo (born 29 April 1985) is a Nigerian footballer who plays for Faversham Town. He previously played for a number of clubs at Conference South level and below before joining League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge in 2007. He signed for Championship team Cardiff City in 2009, though was restricted to only a few appearances and left the club in June 2012.

Ashley Grote is Master of Music at Norwich Cathedral and a fellow of the Royal College of Organists.

Elizabeth Haigh (née Allen, born May 1988) is a Singaporean-born chef who competed on MasterChef in 2011, and went on to win a Michelin star at the Hackney-based restaurant Pidgin. Since she left she has formed her own company, Kaizen House, with the intention of opening her first restaurant, Shibui, in 2018.
