Pamela Uschuk is an American poet, and 2011 Visiting Poet at University of Tennessee. She won a 2010 American Book Award, for Crazy Love: New Poems.

Robert J. Castelli (December 16, 1949 – May 21, 2024) was an American security consultant, professor, and media personality from Goldens Bridge, New York. He served two terms as a member of the New York State Assembly, representing northeastern Westchester County, New York.

James (Tad) Richards (born March 31, 1940) is an American writer and visual artist. He is also artistic director and former president of Opus 40, the sculpture park in Saugerties, New York.

Dan McCormack (born January 22, 1944 in Chicago, IL) is a photographer and professor at Marist College in NY, where he heads the photography program. McCormack has led the Advanced Photography Seminar at the Dutchess County Art Association in Poughkeepsie, NY for over twenty years. He has photographed the nude for over forty years, working in the studio, various indoor settings, and out in the landscape of upstate New York. His book Body Light: Passages in a Relationship, a series of images of his wife Wendy, was published in 1988.

Michael Mazzariello (also known as Judge Mazz) is an attorney and television personality known for his syndicated courtroom show Street Court where he makes rulings at the scene of the dispute. He also has been featured as a legal expert on CNN, Court TV, and MSNBC. Before starting his show in 2009, Mazzariello had previously served as an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn and high-profile plaintiffs’ and criminal defense lawyer. Mayor Rudolph Giuliani appointed him as the Chief Prosecutor for the New York City Board of Education and he has also served as an adjunct instructor at Marist College. He has never been a judge, although he did unsuccessfully run for town justice of Newburgh, New York in 2003.

Brother Seán Sammon, F.M.S. (Manhattan, New York, November 26, 1947) is the former Superior General of the Marist Brothers order, a role he held from October 3, 2001 until 2009. As Superior General, he led the approximately 4500 Marist Brothers working around the world in their mission to "make Jesus known and loved", as per the maxim of their founder, Saint Marcellin Champagnat.

Andrew Bernstein is an American philosopher. He is a proponent of Objectivism, the philosophy of Ayn Rand, and the author of several books, both fiction and non-fiction.

Dr. Alan L. Steinberg is an American author. He wrote the libretto for the opera The Falcon and the Sailor Boy, which was performed at SUNY Potsdam in 2006, starring Stephanie Blythe.

Joyce Yu-Jean Lee (b. 1979) is a visual artist working with video, photography, interactive installation and performance that combine social practice, institutional critique and activism together in an interdisciplinary practice. She is the founder of FIREWALL Internet Cafe social software consisting of a Google and Baidu dual-search engine that garnered backlash from Chinese state authorities in 2016.

Clinton Bennett (born 7 October 1955) is a British-American scholar of religions and participant in interfaith dialogue specialising in the study of Islam and Muslim-non-Muslim encounter. An ordained Baptist minister, he was a missionary in Bangladesh before serving as the second director of interfaith relations at the British Council of Churches in succession to Kenneth Cracknell. Bennett has also taken part in the dialogue activities of the World Council of Churches. A graduate of Manchester, Birmingham and Oxford Universities he has held several academic appointments in the United Kingdom and in the United States, where he now lives. He currently writes for various publications and teaches part-time at the State University of New York at New Paltz and at Marist College. He is a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society, of the Royal Anthropological Institute and of the Committee for the Scientific Examination of Religion. He has authored books, chapters in books, journal articles and Encyclopedia entries. He can be considered to have made a significant contribution toward developing a Christian appreciation of Islam and of Muhammad. Ahmad Shafaat writes, 'Bennett's approach allows him to treat Islamic traditions and their Muslim interpretations with sensitivity and respect, not often found among Christian writings on Islam.' Bennett became a US citizen during 2012.
