Teaching and Language Corpora (TaLC) is the name of a biennial conference that focusses on data-driven learning (DDL), an approach to language teaching and learning.

CICLing (International Conference on Computational Linguistics and Intelligent Text Processing; before 2017 known under the name International Conference on Intelligent Text Processing and Computational Linguistics) is an annual conference on computational linguistics (CL) and natural language processing (NLP). The first CICLing conference was held in 2000 in Mexico City. The conference is attended by one to two hundred of NLP and CL researchers and students every year. As of 2017, it is ranked within the top 20 sources (conferences and journals) on computational linguistics by Google Scholar. Past CICLing conferences have been held in Mexico, Korea, Israel, Romania, Japan, India, Greece, Nepal, Egypt, Turkey, Hungary, and Vietnam; the 2019 event was held in France.

The Moscow Student Conference on Linguistics (MSCL) is an annual student linguistic conference, which started in 2006. It was first held at the Moscow State University, and since then it has grown to be one of the major conferences on formal linguistics in Russia. The aim of the conference is to give young researchers an opportunity to present their work, exchange ideas and receive feedback from more experienced colleagues.

The Annual Workshop on Formal Approaches to Slavic Linguistics (abbreviated FASL, pronounced [ˈfæsəl]) is one of the most reputable international academic conferences in the field of formal Slavic linguistics. Each meeting is hosted by a United States or Canada university in May. From the beginning through FASL 27, the proceedings were published by Michigan Slavic Publications of University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. From FASL 28 on, the proceedings are published as an extra issue of Journal of Slavic Linguistics.

The International Conference on Austroasiatic Linguistics (ICAAL) is an annual academic conference that focuses on research in Austroasiatic languages and linguistics.

The Lavender Languages and Linguistics Conference is an international conference for LGBT linguistics and other related queer language research and discourse studies. It provides a place for emerging queer linguistics scholarship. The conference is the longest continually running LGBT studies conference in the US.

The Workshop on Structure and Constituency in Languages of the Americas (WSCLA) is an annual linguistics conference, which started in 1995. The central objective of WSCLA is to bring together linguists who are engaged in research on the formal study of the indigenous languages of the Americas in order to exchange ideas across theories, language families, generations of scholars, and across the academic and non-academic communities who are involved in language maintenance and revitalization.

The International Conference on Austronesian Linguistics (ICAL) is an academic conference that focuses on research in Austronesian languages and linguistics. It is held every three to four years.

The International Conference on Sino-Tibetan Languages and Linguistics (ICSTLL) is an annual academic conference that focuses on research in Sino-Tibetan languages and linguistics, as well as the Hmong–Mien, Kra–Dai, and Austroasiatic languages. The conference has been held annually since 1968.
