Fayez Mustafa al-Sarraj (Arabic: فائز السراج‎ or فايز السراج; born 20 February 1960) is the head of the Presidential Council of Libya and prime minister of the Government of National Accord of Libya, formed on 17 December 2015 under the Libyan Political Agreement. He has been a member of the Parliament of Tripoli.

Abdalla Salem el-Badri (born 25 May 1940) is a former Libyan official who served as Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Minister of Petroleum, Minister of Energy, Minister of Management, and Deputy Prime Minister. He was also the longest-serving Secretary General of OPEC, holding the position in 1994 and then 2007–2016. He is a citizen of Libya and resides in Austria. He is married with five children.

Muhammad Al Mahdi bin Sayyid Muhammad es Senussi (Arabic: محمد المهدي بن سيدي محمد السنوسي‎), also Sayyid Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Muhammad al-Mahdi Ali al-Sanusi, (1844–1902), was the supreme leader of the Sufi Senussi Order between 1859 and his death in 1902 in Libya.

Khaled El-Khweldi El-Hamedi is a Libyan humanitarian peace activist and the founder of the Tripoli-based International Organisation for Peace, Care and Relief ( IOPCR ). He also has a degree in Computer Engineering.

Ahmed Sharif as-Senussi (Arabic: أحمد الشريف السنوسي‎) (1873, Jaghbub, Libya – 10 March 1933, Medina, Saudi Arabia) was the supreme leader of the Senussi order (1902–1933), although his leadership in the years 1917–1933 could be considered nominal. His daughter, Fatimah el-Sharif was the Queen consort of King Idris I of Libya.

Born in 1967, Moussa Mohamed Kalifa (موسى محمد خليفة) is a Libyan citizen who was charged with being a member of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, and accused of participating in terrorism after he attempted to move to Canada as a refugee under a false name in 2001.

Basit Igtet (born 24 September 1970) is a Zurich-based entrepreneur and Libyan national who has founded several companies in various sectors. In 2011, he worked to support the Libyan revolution through international lobbying and was consequently appointed as a Special Envoy to the Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC) on 4 September 2011.
