Kou Wei (Chinese: 寇伟; born October 1961) is a Chinese executive and politician of Bai ethnicity who served as chairman of the State Grid Corporation of China from December 2018 to January 2020 and chairman of China Datang Corporation from 2020 to 2021.

Ye Libin (Chinese: 夜礼斌; born December 1957) is a former Chinese executive and politician of Yi ethnicity. He surrendered himself to the anti-corruption agency of China in November 2022, a year and a half since his retirement. Previously he served as chairman of the China Tobacco Yunnan Industry Co., Ltd. and before that, party secretary of Zhaotong, head of the Yunnan Provincial Civil Affairs Department, governor of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, and party secretary of Chuxiong City.

Li Xinhua (Chinese: 李新华; born January 1953) is a retired Chinese oil executive and politician who served as deputy general manager of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) from 2007 to 2013 and vice-governor of Yunnan from 2003 to 2007. He has retired for almost six years. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in March 2019.

Zhang Guocheng (Chinese: 张国成; 12 October 1931 – 21 December 2022) was a Chinese engineer, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

Li Jiang (Chinese: 李江; pinyin: Lǐ Jiāng; born January 1958) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2018 as chairwoman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Peng Jinhui (Chinese: 彭金辉; born December 1964) is a Chinese engineer, administrator and politician currently serving as head of Organization Department of the CPC Chongqing Committee. Previously he served as head of Organization Department of the CPC Hainan Committee. He was president of Yunnan Minzu University between 2013 and 2016 and president of Kunming University of Science and Technology between 2016 and 2018. He is of Yi ethnicity. He is an alternate member of the 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.

Yan Chunfeng (Chinese: 严春风; born April 1968) is a former Chinese politician who spent his entire career in southwest China's Sichuan province. Yan was in the spotlight on May 10, 2018 after a conflict involving his daughter's kindergarten teacher in Chengdu, Sichuan, was made known online. He was investigated by the Communist Party of China's anti-graft agency in May 2018. Previously he served as Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Guang'an, the birthplace of China's former paramount leader Deng Xiaoping.

Wang Xiliang (Chinese: 王喜良; pinyin: Wáng Xǐliáng; born December 1963) is a former Chinese politician who spent most his entire career in southwest China's Yunnan province. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in April 2024. Previously he served as vice chairperson of the Finance and Economic Committee of the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress and before that, mayor of Kunming, capital of Yunnan province. He was a delegate to the 13th National People's Congress.
