Ojārs Raimonds Pauls (born 12 January 1936) is a Latvian composer and a pianist who is well known in the Baltic countries and Eastern Europe. He was the Minister of Culture of Latvia from 1988 to 1993.

June 8] 1900) was a Russian statesman who advocated transferring the attention of Russian foreign policy from Europe to the Far East. He is probably best remembered for having initiated the Hague Peace Conference.

Da'ud Effendi Molko (born 1845) was an Ottoman statesman. He served as Chief Translator of the Imperial Divan, and later as a member of the Ottoman Senate.
