Marlee Beth Matlin (born August 24, 1965) is an American actress, author, and activist. She won the Academy Award for Best Actress for Children of a Lesser God (1986) and to date is the only deaf performer to have won an Academy Award. Having won the award at the age of 21, she is also the youngest winner in the category. Her work in film and television has resulted in a Golden Globe award, with two additional nominations, and four Emmy nominations. Deaf since she was 18 months old, due to illness and high fevers, she is also a prominent member of the National Association of the Deaf. Her longtime interpreter is Jack Jason.

Jeff Speakman (born November 8, 1958) is an American actor and a martial artist in the art of American Kenpo and Japanese Gōjū-ryū, earning black belts in each.

Keith Szarabajka (born December 2, 1952) is an American actor and voice actor known as Mickey Kostmayer in The Equalizer, Daniel Holtz in Angel, Harlan Williams in Golden Years, Trigon in Teen Titans, Master of Whispers in Guild Wars and Gerard Stephens in The Dark Knight. He is also known for portraying Detective Herschel Biggs in the 2011 crime thriller video game L.A. Noire, which included his likeness.

Amy Jacobson is a Chicago broadcaster who is currently a talk radio host with WIND. She was a reporter for WMAQ-TV in Chicago from 1996 to 2007, losing her job after a rival TV station broadcast a video of her in a bathing suit with her children at the home of a man she was investigating in connection with his wife's disappearance.

Jim Michaels (born September 12, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American television producer. He is the son of Anna Mae and Robert Michaels and was raised in the suburbs of Des Plaines and Arlington Heights. Michaels graduated from John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois and attended the University of Evansville and graduated with a degree in Business. Michaels Started and ran the in house computer graphics department at MCA/Universal Studios.
