Distell Group Limited, commonly referred to as Distell, was a multinational brewing and beverage company, based in South Africa. On April 26, 2023, Distell was acquired by Heineken. After that, its operations were integrated into Heineken Beverages, a company created by the merger of its South African unit, Distell, and the African brewery acquired by the Dutch multinational Namibia Breweries.

Heineken N.V. is a Dutch multinational brewing company, founded in 1864 by Gerard Adriaan Heineken in Amsterdam. As of 2019, Heineken owns over 165 breweries in more than 70 countries. It produces 348 international, regional, local and speciality beers and ciders and employs approximately 85,000 people.

The Warka Brewery is one of Poland's oldest breweries and belongs to the Żywiec Group. Żywiec Group has four main breweries: Żywiec Brewery, Elbrewery, Leżajsk Brewery and Warka Brewery, and is majority owned by the Dutch Heineken Group. The brewery is in the historic center of Warka, Poland.

Karlovačka pivovara (lit. "Karlovac Brewery"), since 2013 formally Heineken Hrvatska d.o.o., is a brewery in Karlovac, Croatia, founded in 1854 by local landowner Baron Nikola Vranyczany-Dobrinović. In 2003, Heineken International acquired a majority stake. Heineken Hrvatska has 329 employees, 12 brands and Karlovačko beer is enjoyed in 10 countries.

Brasseries, Limonaderies et Malteries SARL (Bralima), established in 1923 as the Brasserie de Léopoldville, is a brewing company in the Democratic Republic of the Congo which operates six breweries. It has been owned by Heineken International since 1986. It is most notable for its flagship Primus beer but also produces various other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Heineken and United African Company (UAC) began construction of the Sierra Leone Brewery Limited in October 1961 in Wellington Industrial Estate in Freetown, and the first brew was mashed-in on 23 November 1962. The first brand to be brewed was Star Lager.

The Elbląg Brewery is a major brewery in Elbląg, Poland. It belongs to the Żywiec Group.

The Heineken Lanka Limited (formerly Asia Pacific Brewery (Lanka) Limited (APB Lanka) is the second largest brewer in Sri Lanka.

Brarudi S.A., also known by its French name Brasseries et Limonaderies du Burundi, is the largest brewer and soft beverage company in the Republic of Burundi.

The Archipelago Brewery was a Singaporean brewery owned by Heineken Asia Pacific (formerly Asia Pacific Breweries). It labelled itself as "Singapore's Craft Brewery".
