    Tali'Zorah is a fictional character of the quarian alien race in BioWare's Mass Effect franchise, who serves as a party member (or "squadmate") in all three games in the Mass Effect trilogy. Within the series, she is a skilled technician and the daughter of Rael'Zorah, a member of the quarian judicial review Admiralty Board. Ash "Liz" Sroka voices Tali in each of her appearances. Outside of the trilogy, Tali appears in Mass Effect: Homeworlds, a comic series with individual issues on each of several Mass Effect 3 squadmates.

    Vergil (Japanese: バージル, Hepburn: Bājiru) is a character and the main antagonist of Devil May Cry, an action-adventure game series created by Japanese developer and publisher Capcom. Vergil is the evil twin and archenemy of the series' original protagonist, Dante, and the father of current series protagonist Nero. He was introduced in the first Devil May Cry game as a boss called Nelo Angelo (ネロアンジェロ, Nero Anjero, which is Italian for "Black Angel"). Vergil is one of two devil-human hybrid sons of one of the devil lords called Sparda, and possesses demonic powers. A re-booted portrayal of Vergil also appears in the 2013 video game DmC: Devil May Cry as the leader of a group of rogue vigilantes bent on stopping the demon king, Mundus. In the main continuity, Vergil is portrayed in voice acting and motion capture by Daniel Southworth.

    Futaba Sakura (佐倉 双葉, Sakura Futaba) is a fictional character in the 2016 video game Persona 5 as one of its main characters. She starts the game as a shut-in who does not go to school, leave her house, or have any friends, due to the grief and self-loathing she experienced over her mother, Wakaba Isshiki, seemingly taking her life and blaming Futaba for it. She is adopted by Sojiro Sakura. She is first anonymous, seeking to utilize the protagonist and his group, the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, to cure her of her issues, which included suicidal ideation, which is accomplished somewhat by discovering that her mother did not commit suicide. She eventually joins the Phantom Thieves, and is one of multiple female characters the player-character Joker can date. While the others are directly playable, she serves as a navigator who assists them in combat.

    Marcus Holloway is a fictional character from Ubisoft's Watch Dogs video game franchise, first appearing as the player character of the 2016 title, Watch Dogs 2. Marcus is introduced as a young hacker (known online by the alias "Retr0") based in the San Francisco Bay Area who is wrongfully flagged with a criminal profile by ctOS 2.0, the electronic mechanism employed to manage the region's infrastructure and surveillance network. Marcus succeeds in wiping his profile from the system, and joins the hacktivist collective DedSec to raise social awareness about the risks posed by ctOS 2.0 and expose the corruption of its creators, the Blume Corporation. An older Marcus makes a voice-only cameo appearance in Bloodline, a 2021 downloadable content (DLC) expansion for Watch Dogs: Legion, which stars his best friend and fellow DedSec member Reginald "Wrench" Blechman, and in which Marcus is voiced by Ruffin Prentiss. The character returns in the animated series Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix, voiced by Mark Ebulue.
