Governors of Western Province, Sri Lanka

Deva Manoharan Swaminathan (Tamil: தேவ மனோகரன் சுவாமிநாதன், Sinhala: දේවා මනෝහරන් ස්වාමිනාදන්; born 30 April 1945) is a Sri Lankan Tamil lawyer, politician and cabinet minister.

Deshamanya Suppiah Sharvananda (also spelt Suppiah Sarvananda) was the 37th Chief Justice of Sri Lanka and the first Governor of the Western Province.

Seetha Arambepola ( Sinhala: සීතා අරඹෙපොල) is a Sri Lankan surgeon and Member of the Parliament from National List. Currently She is the State Minister of Skills Development, Vocational Education, Research and Innovation.

Deshamanya Justice Pathmanathan Ramanathan (1 September 1932 – 7 December 2006) was a leading Sri Lankan Tamil lawyer and judge. Known as Rama, he was a High Court judge, Court of Appeal judge, provincial governor, university chancellor and a judge of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.

Kanapathipillai Cathiravelpillai Logeswaran (Tamil: கணபதிப்பிள்ளை கதிரவேல்பிள்ளை லோகேசுவரன் Kaṇapatippiḷḷai Katiravēlpiḷḷai Lōkēcuvaraṉ) is a Sri Lankan civil servant. He was the 10th Governor of North Western Province having assumed office on 12 April 2018.

Seyed Ahmed Seyed Alavi Moulana (1 January 1932 – 15 June 2016) was a Sri Lankan politician, who entered politics in 1948 as a trade unionist. He was the 5th Governor of Western Province, having assumed office on 1 February 2002. He was a member of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, Cabinet Minister of Labour, and a councillor in the Colombo Municipal Council. He was the Senior Vice-President of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party and was also a social and religious worker. He also served as acting Governor for Sabaragamuwa in 2009.

Hanif Yusoof is a Sri Lankan businessman, entrepreneur, and the current governor of the Western Province of Sri Lanka. He is also the co-founder of Expolanka Holdings.
