Roy Hinson (born May 2, 1961) is a retired American professional basketball player who was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round (20th pick overall) of the 1983 NBA draft. Hinson attended Franklin High School in Franklin Township, New Jersey. He then played his college career at Rutgers University in nearby New Brunswick. A 6'9" forward–center, Hinson played in eight NBA seasons from 1983 to 1991, for the Cavaliers, Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Nets.

Frank Baker, Jr. (January 11, 1944 – January 28, 2010) was an American professional baseball player. He was a backup outfielder in Major League Baseball who played for the Cleveland Indians in the 1969 and 1971 seasons. Listed at 5 feet 10 inches (1.78 m), 180 pounds (82 kg), he batted left-handed and threw right-handed.

Carlton Agudosi (born February 1, 1994) is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2017 and played college football at Rutgers.

Jeffrey Issack Porter (born November 27, 1985) is an American track and field athlete who competes in the 110-meter hurdles. He has a personal best of 13.08 seconds for the event. He gained a spot on the American Olympic team by coming third at the 2012 United States Olympic Trials. He repeated his third place at the 2016 United States Olympic Trials to make his second Olympic team.

Joe Pace (born December 18, 1953) is an American former professional basketball player. He played in the NBA for the Washington Bullets and in Italy.

James Wellington Stoops (born June 30, 1972) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for one season. He pitched for the Colorado Rockies in three games during the 1998 season.

Stephen Nagy (May 28, 1919 – July 24, 2016) was an American pitcher in Major League Baseball who played parts of two seasons for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1947 and the Washington Senators in 1950. Listed at 5' 9", 174 lb., Nagy batted and threw left handed.

Diamond Miller (born February 11, 2001) is an American college basketball player for the Maryland Terrapins of the Big Ten Conference. She played basketball at Franklin High School in Somerset, New Jersey, where she was rated a five-star recruit by ESPN and earned McDonald's All-American honors in 2019. Miller is a two-time All-Big Ten selection at Maryland and was named most outstanding player (MOP) of the 2021 Big Ten Tournament. She has won three gold medals representing the United States, including with the senior national team at the 2021 FIBA Women's AmeriCup.

Krystyna Marie Freda (born 1 November 1993) is a footballer who plays as a forward for Cypriot First Division club Apollon Ladies FC. Born in the United States, she represents Cyprus internationally.
