Engracia Cruz-Reyes (April 16, 1892 — July 6, 1975) was a Filipino chef and entrepreneur. She was an active promoter of Filipino cuisine, especially through the restaurant chain she founded, The Aristocrat.

Almario Vizcayno (born Almario Macario Vizcayno on November 4, 1981) is a Filipino athlete, coach, chef and restaurant owner. He is one of the famous athletes throughout the Philippines. Vizcayno is one of the veteran members of the Philippine National Fencing Team with Richard Gomez.

Lorenzo "Larry" J. Cruz (September 17, 1941 – February. 8, 2008) was a Filipino restaurateur who founded the LJC Restaurant Group, which operates several restaurants in the Philippines. Among the restaurants he established through the LJC Group were Café Adriatico, Cafe Havana, Bistro Remedios, and Abe, which was named after his father, the writer E. Aguilar Cruz. Cruz was also a journalist and magazine publisher.

Ma Wen-lu (simplified Chinese: 马文禄; traditional Chinese: 馬文祿), known in the Philippines as Ma Mon Luk (Cantonese Yale: Máh Màhn-luhk), was a Chinese immigrant best known in the Philippines for his eponymous restaurant and the creator of mami (a noodle soup) and siopao (a steamed bun based on the cha siu bao).

Roberto Fung Kuan (劉孝平; August 6, 1948 – September 15, 2018) was a Chinese-Filipino restaurateur, businessman and philanthropist who founded the Filipino fast food chain Chowking.
