Festivals in Tel Aviv

The Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival (TISFF) is one of the largest student film festivals in the world and is considered one of the most important in its field. The film festival hosts hundreds of students, lecturers and guests of honor from the world's leading film industry in Tel Aviv, for a week of screenings and cultural events. Hundreds of films, premieres, cinematic events, workshops, conferences and special projects are held, inviting thousands of visitors to the Tel Aviv Cinematheque halls every day. Since 2013, it has been held once a year, in June, in Tel Aviv.

TLVFest, officially the Tel Aviv International LGBTQ+ Film Festival (Hebrew: הפסטיבל הבינלאומי לקולנוע גאה), is an annual film festival held in Tel Aviv, Israel. The festival is focused on LGBTQ-themed film from around the world.

Lethal Lesbian (Hebrew: לסבית קטלנית) is Israel's only lesbian film festival. The festival has been held annually since 2008, and screens independent short, documentary and feature films from Israel and abroad.

Pic.Nic is a music festival held annually at the Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center in Tel Aviv, Israel. The festival is produced by Shuki Weiss Promotion & Production Ltd. and holds as the biggest summer festival in Tel Aviv. Pic.Nic's slogan "A basket Of Music" refers to the variety of music styles that are presented in the festival's lineup, from pop to rock to electronic themes.

ICon Festival (Hebrew: פסטיבל אייקון) is an Israeli science fiction and fantasy fan convention held annually in the Tel Aviv Eshkol Pais during the Sukkot holiday in September–October. Venues in previous years included the adjacent Cinematheque, Eeroni Aleph school and ZOA house. The first ICon was held in autumn 1998. ICon is normally three days long, though in previous years it featured a parallel film festival which lasted longer.

Theatronetto is an annual Israeli theater festival that exhibits monodramas, and takes place in the city of Tel Aviv since 1990. The festival establishes a direct dialog between the solo actor and the viewing audience. The festival takes place during the Jewish holiday of Passover, usually in April. Its main event is a contest, to which's finals only few monoactors manage to reach.

Tel Aviv Pride (Hebrew: מצעד הגאווה בתל אביב, Arabic: فخر تل أبيب) is a week-long series of events in Tel Aviv which takes place on the second week of June, as part of the international observance of Gay Pride Month. The key event, taking place on the Friday, is the Pride Parade itself which attracts over 250,000 attendees. As of June 2019, it is the largest LGBT Parade in Asia.

The Israel Culture of Peace festival (Hebrew: פסטיבל תרבות של שלום) is a week-long festival, held annually in May, since 2001. The Festival is held at Tel Aviv's Tzavta Hall, which is a partner and producer of the festival. Performances are also held in different venues around the country, including the Migdal David museum in Jerusalem and the Petah Tikva culture hall. So far, the festival has held performances in Nazareth, Sachnnin, Akko and Haifa.
