The film festival hosts hundreds of students, lecturers and guests of honor from the world's leading film industry in Tel Aviv, for a week of screenings and cultural events. Hundreds of films, premieres, cinematic events, workshops, conferences and special projects are held, inviting thousands of visitors to the Tel Aviv Cinematheque halls every day. Since 2013, it has been held once a year, in June, in Tel Aviv.

Pic.Nic's slogan "A basket Of Music" refers to the variety of music styles that are presented in the festival's lineup, from pop to rock to electronic themes.

    ICon Festival (Hebrew: פסטיבל אייקון) is an Israeli science fiction and fantasy fan convention held annually in the Tel Aviv Eshkol Pais during the Sukkot holiday in September–October. Venues in previous years included the adjacent Cinematheque, Eeroni Aleph school and ZOA house. The first ICon was held in autumn 1998. ICon is normally three days long, though in previous years it featured a parallel film festival which lasted longer.

    The Israel Culture of Peace festival (Hebrew: פסטיבל תרבות של שלום) is a week-long festival, held annually in May, since 2001. The Festival is held at Tel Aviv's Tzavta Hall, which is a partner and producer of the festival. Performances are also held in different venues around the country, including the Migdal David museum in Jerusalem and the Petah Tikva culture hall. So far, the festival has held performances in Nazareth, Sachnnin, Akko and Haifa.
