Joel Lindpere (born 5 October 1981) is an Estonian football coach and former professional player.

Maicel Uibo (born 27 December 1992) is an Estonian decathlete. While competing for the University of Georgia, he won the 2014 and 2015 NCAA Decathlon championships. Uibo won the silver medal at the 2019 World Championships, setting his personal best in the event with 8604 points.

Margus Hunt (born July 14, 1987) is an Estonian professional American football defensive tackle for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football at SMU. He also played for the Indianapolis Colts.

Martin Müürsepp (born 26 September 1974) is an Estonian professional basketball coach and former player who is the head coach of Tallinna Kalev/TLÜ of the Estonian-Latvian Basketball League. Widely regarded as one of Estonia's greatest basketball players of all time, he is the only Estonian to have played in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Georg Karl Julius Hackenschmidt (1 August [O.S. 20 July] 1877 – 19 February 1968) was an early 20th-century Estonian strongman, professional wrestler, author, and sports philosopher who is recognized as professional wrestling's first world heavyweight champion.

Maik-Kalev Kotsar (born 22 December 1996) is an Estonian professional basketball player for the Yokohama B-Corsairs of the Japanese B.League. He played two seasons for Saski Baskonia of the Spanish Liga ACB and the EuroLeague. He played college basketball for South Carolina Gamecocks. Kotsar also has played for the Estonia men's national basketball team as well as the Estonia men's national 3x3 team. Listed at 6 feet 11 inches (2.11 m) and 270 pounds (122 kg), he plays the center position.

Johanna Talihärm (born 27 June 1993 in Tallinn) is an Estonian biathlete. She competed at the Biathlon World Championships 2013, and at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. She represented Estonia at the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Tiina Trutsi (born 19 February 1994) is an Estonian footballer, who plays as a midfielder for Cypriot team Barcelona FA and the Estonian national team.

Katrin Loo (born 2 January 1991) is a retired Estonian footballer who played as an forward for Naiste Meistriliiga club FC Flora and the Estonia women's national team.

Aivar Kuusmaa (born 12 June 1967) is an Estonian basketball coach and former professional basketball player who played mostly at the shooting guard position.
