Economy of Poltava Oblast

Kremenchuk Oil Refinery is the largest enterprise for the production of petroleum products in Ukraine. It is located in Kremenchuk, Poltava Oblast. Since 1994 it has been the main branch of PJSC Ukrtatnafta.

Kriukiv Railway Car Manufacturing Plant (Ukrainian: Крюківський вагонобудівний завод, КВБЗ; KVBZ) is a large industrial company in Kremenchuk, Ukraine, manufacturing locomotives and multiple unit trains.

KrAZ (Ukrainian: Кременчуцький автомобільний завод, Kremenchutskyi Avtomobilnyi Zavod, Kremenchuk Automobile Plant, АвтоКрА́З or AvtoKrAZ) is a factory in Kremenchuk, Ukraine, that produces trucks and other special-purpose vehicles, particularly heavy-duty off-road models. The factory was incorporated as a holding company combining several other factories nationwide and becoming the industrial wing of the finance-industrial group Finance and Credit, which also held the Finance and Credit bank.

Ferrexpo plc is a Swiss-based commodity trading and mining company which is the third largest exporter of iron ore pellets in the world. Ferrexpo's operating base is in central Ukraine, where it operates three iron-ore mines and an iron ore pellet production facility. The company's trading office is located in London where it is listed on the London Stock Exchange and it is a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index.

Ukrtatnafta is a Ukrainian oil refining company based in Kremenchuk and founded in 1994. It is one of the largest producers of oil products in the country. The company operates the largest oil refinery in the country located in Kremenchuk with a capacity of 368,500 bbl/d (58,590 m/d) and several petrol stations. Ukrainian state-owned energy company Naftohaz Ukrainy owns 43.1% of shares in Ukrtatnafta, Tatneft owns 8.6% and the government of Tatarstan owns 28.8%.
