The Archeparchy of Tellicherry (also anglicized as the Archdiocese of Thalassery) is a Syro-Malabar Church ecclesiastical jurisdiction or archeparchy of the Catholic Church in India. The boundaries of the Thalassery ecclesiastical province were extended to include Mangalore, Chickmangalore, Mysore, Shimoga and Ootty as there were settlers in the neighbouring States. The diocese covers an area of 18,000 km² and a Catholic population of 273,826. Since 2022, Joseph Pamplany is the Metropolitan Archbishop.

The Syro-Malabar Catholic Archeparchy of Changanacherry (Syriac: ܐܦܪܟܝܐ ܪܒܬܐ ܕܫܢܓܢܐܣܐܪܐ, Afarkaya Rabbta d-Shanganasara; Malayalam: ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരി അതിരൂപത, Changanassery Atirūpata) is a Catholic East-Syriac Rite archeparchy with an area of 24,595 km comprising the districts of Kottayam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Kollam, and Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, and also Kanyakumari district in Tamil Nadu. It is one of the largest Catholic dioceses in India in terms of area. Thomas Tharayil is the current Metropolitan Archbishop, serving from 2024.Suffragan eparchies of the Changanassery archeparchy includes Palai, Kanjirappally-Nilackal, and Thuckalay-Thiruvithancode (Tamil Nadu).

Roman Catholic Diocese of Sultanpet (Latin: Dioecesis Sultanpetensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese consisting of Palakkad district, Kerala, India erected from the division of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Coimbatore and Roman Catholic Diocese of Calicut, and a suffragan of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Verapoly. Rev. Peter Abir Antonisamy clergy of Archdiocese of Pondicherry and Cuddalore was appointed as its first bishop. The parish church of San Sebastian, located in Sultanpet in the city of Palakkad, is the cathedral of this diocese. At the time of its erection it was the 31st Catholic diocese in Kerala and 167th in India. The diocese is almost coterminous with the Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of Palghat.

The Archdiocese of Verapoly (Malayalam: വരാപ്പുഴ അതിരൂപത, Latin: Archidioecesis Verapolitana) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or archdiocese of the Catholic Church, composed of Latin Catholics of Malabar and headquartered at the city of Cochin, in the south Indian state of Kerala. The archdiocese has administrative control over the suffragan dioceses of Calicut, Cochin, Kannur, Kottapuram, Sultanpet and Vijayapuram. The headquarters is located in Kochi along the Malabar Coast in India. It was originally formed as the Vicariate Apostolic of Malabar in 1657 and became a metropolitan see in 1886. Verapoly is the anglicised name of Varapuzha.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kottapuram (Latin: Kottapuramen(sis)) is a diocese located in the town of Kodungallur in the ecclesiastical province of Verapoly in India. On Saturday, 18 December 2010, Pope Benedict XVI named Joseph Karikkassery, Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Verapoly, as Bishop of Kottapuram. The diocese had until then been a vacant see (sede vacante), as Bishop Francis Kallarakal had been appointed by Pope Benedict XVI in February 2010 as Metropolitan Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Verapoly, India (the Diocese of Kottapuram is in its Ecclesiastical Province).

It is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Verapoly but depends on the missionary Roman Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Alappuzha (Latin: Alleppeyen(sis)) is a diocese centered on the city of Alappuzha in the ecclesiastical province of Thiruvananthapuram in India. It lies along the Arabian Sea between the dioceses of Kochi and Kollam, covering an area of 333 square kilometers. The Diocese of Alappuzha is headed by the bishop, Bishop James Raphel Anamparambil (incumbent since 2019). The Episcopal see is the Bishop's House which is located near the Alappuzha Beach. The cathedral church of Alleppey is the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cathedral located at Convent Square, Alappuzha.

Its episcopal see is Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, India. It shares its see with the major archeparchy of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church, the Major Archeparchy of Trivandrum. The archdiocese a metropolitan see of an ecclesiastical province with four suffragan dioceses.

The Syro-Malankara Catholic Archeparchy of Tiruvalla is an archeparchy of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church in Tiruvalla, in Kerala, India. Metropolitan Archbishop Aboon Mor Thomas Koorilos currently presides. The seat of the eparchy is at St. John's Syro-Malankara Catholic Cathedral in Tiruvalla, a circular edifice designed by a British architect.

The cathedra is at Cathedral of Saint Mary, Pattom, Trivandrum in Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The Archeparchy of Thiruvananthapuram is a metropolitan see with four suffragan eparchies.
