Ebony Marinoff (born 15 November 1997) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Adelaide Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Marinoff was named the inaugural AFL Women's Rising Star winner in 2017, and is a dual AFL Women's premiership player and dual AFL Women's All-Australian. She also won a premiership with Darebin in the VFL Women's (VFLW) in 2017 and represented The Allies in the inaugural AFL Women's State of Origin match later that year.

Moana Hope (born 14 February 1988) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played in the AFL Women's competition from 2017 to 2019, including 13 matches over two seasons at Collingwood and a further seven matches over one season at North Melbourne. Each followed an extended career at state-league level before the creation of a national league.

Bridie Kennedy (born 23 September 1999) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Sydney in the AFL Women's (AFLW). She previously played for Carlton.

Libby Birch (born 3 December 1997) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Melbourne in the AFL Women's (AFLW). She played the first 3 seasons of AFLW for the Western Bulldogs . She previously played netball and captained Victoria at the National Netball Championships. Birch is currently studying a Physiotherapy degree at La Trobe University. In 2016, Birch switched from netball to Australian rules football and was recruited by the Western Bulldogs as a rookie after having only played football for three months for the Darebin Falcons in the VFL Women's.

Aasta O'Connor (born 21 June 1987) is a retired Australian rules footballer who played as a ruck for Western Bulldogs and for Geelong in the AFL Women's competition. She is also a member of the Darebin Falcons' VFL Women's team.

Darcy Vescio (born 3 August 1993) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Carlton Football Club in the AFL Women's competition. As a heavily marketed marquee player, Vescio has been referred to as a "household name" in Australia by ESPN.

Katie Brennan (born 2 October 1992) is an Australian rules footballer with the Richmond Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). She previously played for and captained the Western Bulldogs from 2017 to 2019. Brennan was signed as a marquee player by the Bulldogs ahead of the inaugural AFL Women's season in 2017, and was their leading goalkicker in 2019.

Daisy Pearce (born 27 May 1988) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Melbourne Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Widely regarded as the face of women's Australian rules football and one of its first ambassadors, Pearce served as Melbourne captain in the competition's first two seasons, having also captained the club in the women's exhibition games staged prior to the creation of the league. She also served as captain of Darebin in the Victorian Women's Football League (VWFL) and VFL Women's (VFLW) from 2008 to 2016.

Annalyse Lister (born 26 April 1990) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Greater Western Sydney Giants in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Lister was drafted by GWS with their third selection and twenty-ninth overall in the 2019 AFL Women's draft. She made her debut against Gold Coast at Blacktown ISP Oval in the opening round of the 2020 season.

Gabrielle Colvin (born 1 March 1991) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Melbourne Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Colvin was drafted by Melbourne with their third selection and seventy-seventh overall in the 2019 AFL Women's draft. She made her debut against North Melbourne at Casey Fields in the opening round of the 2020 season.
