Ivana Marie Trump (néeZelníčková, February 20, 1949 – July 14, 2022) was a Czech-American businesswoman, media personality, fashion designer, author, and former model as well as the ex wife of former US president Donald Trump. She lived in Canada in the 1970s before migrating to the United States, where she married Donald Trump in 1977. She held key managerial positions in The Trump Organization as vice president of interior design, as CEO and president of Trump's Castle casino resort, and as manager of the Plaza Hotel.

Dana Bérová (born 25 April 1967) is a Czech businesswoman and former government minister. She was Minister of Informatics in Jiří Paroubek's cabinet. From 2009 to 2011, Bérová featured as one of five potential investors in television show Den D, the Czech version of Dragons' Den.

Dita Přikrylová is a Czech software engineer, a social entrepreneur, and the founder of Czechitas [cs], a non-profit organization based upon Girls Who Code which provides technical education and networking possibilities for women and youth in information technologies.

Muriel Anton is a Czech economist and business executive, who was the CEO of Vodafone Czech Republic to October 2013. Anton studied for a bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Masters of Arts in Economics at the University of Alberta, in Canada. From 1988 to 1991 she lectured there in intermediate and introductory macroeconomics at the Faculty of Economics. After numerous positions in financial planning and analysis management at telecommunications companies, she joined Oskar in January 2000. She was later appointed Director of Vodafone Czech Republic. In October 2013 she was succeeded by Balesh Sharma.

Georgette Klinger (née Eckstein; February 28, 1915 – January 9, 2004) was a Czech-born American businesswoman and cosmetologist who founded skin care brand Georgette Klinger Inc. in New York City in 1941. Born into a wealthy family in Brno, Moravia, she became interested in beauty care after developing an acne rash from applying cosmetic products she won at a beauty contest. Klinger opened her first salon in 1938 before closing it a year later so she and her family could flee abroad when the Nazi Party invaded Czechoslovakia.

Anna Náprstková (24 April 1788 - 19 October 1873) was a Czech business woman and philanthropist. She made a name for herself as a brewer in Sturm in the Old Town of Prague with her second husband Antonín Fingerhut, whom she married in 1823. The couple bought the Renaissance house U Halánků House, which they converted into a distillery and wine shop. It became a successful business.
