    Harvey Weinstein (born March 19, 1952) is an American former film producer and convicted sex offender. He and his brother Bob Weinstein co-founded the entertainment company Miramax, which produced successful independent films including Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989), The Crying Game (1992), Pulp Fiction (1994), Heavenly Creatures (1994), Flirting with Disaster (1996), and Shakespeare in Love (1998). Weinstein won an Academy Award for producing Shakespeare in Love and seven Tony Awards for plays and musicals, including The Producers, Billy Elliot the Musical, and August: Osage County. After leaving Miramax, Weinstein and his brother Bob founded The Weinstein Company, a mini-major film studio. He was co-chairman, alongside Bob, from 2005 to 2017.

    John Edward Alite (born September 30, 1962), also known as Johnny Alletto, is an Albanian-American former Gambino crime family associate. Alite turned his back on his criminal activities and agreed to provide information on his former Gambino crime family when, whilst serving time in solitary confinement, he was made aware that his former Gambino crime family including John A. "Junior" Gotti had signed the notorious FBI 302 forms and were giving up family secrets on individual members within all the families, including his own, to the federal government in turn for federal protection. Alite is an admitted murderer, armed robber, and drug dealer who used violence as a means of accomplishing his illegal goals. He has estimated that he had shot between 30 to 40 people, baseball batted 100 people, and murdered six people. Later in life, Alite has publicly denounced the life of organized crime and became a motivational speaker and a writer. Alite’s time is now spent organising motivational events, seminars and speaking wherever possible to the youth groups of Manhattan as well as being invited to speak around the world: London, Switzerland, Holland, Australia. To groups of young men and women who, through social and emotional pressures have found themselves on the wrong side of the law.

    John Angelo Gotti (born February 14, 1964) is an American former mobster who was the acting boss of the Gambino crime family from 1992 to 1999. He became acting boss when the boss of the family, his father John Gotti, was sent to prison. The younger Gotti was imprisoned for racketeering in 1999, and between 2004 and 2009 he was a defendant in four racketeering trials, each of which ended in a mistrial. In January 2010, federal prosecutors announced that they would no longer seek to prosecute Gotti for those charges.
