Todd Anthony Centeio (born September 7, 1998) is an American football quarterback for the Orlando Guardians of the XFL. He played college football for Temple, Colorado State, and James Madison.

Collin M. Hill (born October 9, 1997) is an American football Quarterback for the Helvetic Guards of the European League of Football (ELF). He is a double transfer and played college football at Colorado State as well as South Carolina.

Kyle James Carta-Samuels (born July 12, 1995) is an American professional gridiron football quarterback for the Dresden Monarchs of the German Football League (GFL). He played college football at Washington and Colorado State.

Robert Frederick Hainlen (born December 18, 1926) is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at Colorado A&M (now Colorado State) and was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the 19th round of the 1949 NFL Draft. He was sent to their farm team, the Wilmington Clippers before playing in an NFL game. He spent one season with Wilmington before they folded, ending his professional career. He is believed to be the last living member of the Clippers.

Harold George Chaffee (June 6, 1926 – October 6, 2020) was an American college football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska, from 1969 to 1981, compiling a record of 55–61–2. As a player, Chaffee was a quarterback at Colorado State College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts—now known as Colorado State University—in the late 1940s. Chaffee served in the United States Navy with the Seabees. He died in October 2020 at the age of 94.

Daren Wilkinson (born February 11, 1972) is an American football coach and former player. He served as the head football coach at Texas A&M University–Kingsville from 2015 to 2019. Wilkinson played college football at Colorado State University where he was a starting quarterback.

Anthoney Hill (born December 24, 1971) is a former American football and Canadian football quarterback in the Canadian Football League who played for the Edmonton Eskimos. He played college football for the Colorado State Rams. He was the Director of Player Development & Community/Alumni Relations for Colorado State.

Terrence John Nugent (born December 5, 1961) is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League who played for the Indianapolis Colts. He played college football for the Colorado State Rams. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the 1984 NFL Draft.

Nick Stevens (born January 31, 1995) is an American football quarterback who is currently a free agent. He played college football at Colorado State, where he was the starting quarterback from 2015 to 2017. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Denver Broncos in 2018.

Peter Alan Thomas (born October 11, 1991) is a former American football quarterback and current coach who is currently the quarterbacks coach at the University of Louisville. He was a three-year starter at Valhalla High School in El Cajon, California and earned various All-State honors. He began his college football career at Colorado State, where he was the team's primary starter from 2010 to 2011. In 2010, he was the only true freshman in the nation to start all of his team's games at quarterback. He then transferred to NC State, where he redshirted in 2012 and was a backup in 2013. After the 2013 season, he transferred to Louisiana–Monroe and was the team's starter in 2014. Thomas later started six games for the Los Angeles Kiss of the Arena Football League (AFL) in 2016. He has also been a member of the Minnesota Havok and Tampa Bay Storm.
