Cherokee Nation state legislators in Oklahoma

Curtis McDaniel (born January 17, 1952) is a U.S. politician from the state of Oklahoma. McDaniel currently serves in the Oklahoma House of Representatives on behalf of District 1, which encompasses McCurtain County and the southern portion of LeFlore County.

Rusty Farley (September 25, 1953 – July 4, 2011) was a Republican politician from Oklahoma. Farley was the Representative for District 1 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives. House District 1 encompasses all but the far northwestern corner of McCurtain County (the only county in the district), located in the southeastern corner of the state.

Shane David Jett (born December 5, 1974) is a Cherokee American politician from the state of Oklahoma and was a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 2004 to 2010, representing House District 27. He is currently a candidate for Senate District 17, which includes northern Pottawatomie County and eastern Oklahoma County.

Houston Benge Teehee (sometimes spelled Tehee) (October 14 or 31, 1874 – November 19, 1953) was an American lawyer and politician from Oklahoma most known for serving as Register of the Treasury from 1915 to 1919. Teehee was from a prominent Cherokee family, with his father serving in all three branches of the Cherokee Nation's government. Before and after statehood, he was elected to positions in city government in Tahlequah, Oklahoma between 1902 and 1910 when he was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives, where he would serve two terms. After serving as Register of the Treasury he returned to Oklahoma and continued to practice law, until he was appointed assistant attorney general in 1926; in 1927, he was appointed to the Oklahoma Supreme Court Commission. He retired from political office after his Commissioner term expired in 1930.

Ken Luttrell (born August 13, 1953) is an American politician who has served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 37th district from 2006 to 2010 and since 2018.

Mark Vancuren (born March 13, 1964) is an American politician who has served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 74th district since 2018.

Mike Osburn (born April 15, 1968) is an American politician who has served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 81st district since 2016.

Collin Walke (born October 19, 1982) is an American politician who served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 87th district from 2016 to 2022. He announced he would retire from office at the end of the 2022 term. He is Cherokee.

Chuck Hoskin is a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 6th district, which includes parts of Craig, Mayes, and Rogers counties. He currently serves as a whip for the Democratic caucus.

Cory T. Williams is an American attorney and Democratic politician from the U.S. state of Oklahoma. He currently served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives as the District 34 State Representative from 2009 to 2019. The seat was formerly held by Terry Ingmire, a Republican. He was first elected to the seat in 2008.
