Hazel-Ann Regis (born 1 February 1981) is a retired Grenadian sprinter who specialized in the 400 metres.

Randy Lewis (born 15 November 1978) is a Grenadian athlete competing in the triple jump. He represented Grenada at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics, and has also competed at World Championship level indoors and outdoors. He won the bronze medal at the 2008 IAAF World Athletics Final. His personal best jump is 17.49 metres, achieved in May 2008 in São Paulo. This is the current Grenadian record.

Alleyne Jeremy Francique (born June 7, 1976) is a retired Grenadian athlete who specialized in 400 metres, his personal best being 44.47 seconds set in 2004. He is the 400m two time world indoor champion in 2004 and 2006.

Anderson Peters (born 21 October 1997) is a Grenadian javelin thrower and the current world champion in the event. He is a multiple time CARIFTA Games champion at the discipline and in 2016 earned a bronze medal at the 2016 IAAF World U20 Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland, setting a new Grenadian national record and OECS record at the same time.
