Nikolina Kamenova Dobreva (Bulgarian: Николина Каменова Добрева, born January 9, 1989), credited professionally as Nina Dobrev ( DOH-brev), is a Canadian actress. She is best known for portraying Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce on The CW's supernatural drama series The Vampire Diaries (2009–2015).

Teodora Rumenova Andreeva (Bulgarian: Теодора Руменова Андреева; born January 23, 1987), better known by her stage name Andrea (Bulgarian: Андреа), is a Bulgarian pop-folk singer musician,songwriter and video director. She was also part of the famous group "Sahara", together with the Romanian Grammy Awards nominated producer Costi Ioniță they created the song "I wanna" in collaboration with Shaggy (musician) and Bob Sinclar. The song was distributed by Yellow Productions and Ministry of Sound Australia. The track was on the top charts of Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. "I wanna" is a confirmed international hit. From its release in 2010 till nowadays, it reached over 50 countries from Europe, Asia, South and North America, Africa and Australia. Some of these countries are: France, Germany, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, The Netherlands, Monaco, USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Serbia, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Albania, Portugal, Brazil, Tunisia, Bulgaria, Romania, South Africa and many more. As for the radios, it was no. 21 on "Billboard" USA, no. 1 on "MTV Europe", no.6 on "Fun Radio" Belgium, no. 5 on "Number 1 FM " Top 40 Turkey and no.1 on Top 50 "Radio 21" Romania.

Grigor Dimitrov (Bulgarian: Григор Димитров, born 16 May 1991) is a Bulgarian professional tennis player. His career-high ATP singles ranking is world No. 3, which he achieved in November 2017 after winning the ATP Finals.

Tsvetana Kirilova Pironkova (Bulgarian: Цветана Кирилова Пиронкова born 13 September 1987) is a Bulgarian professional tennis player. Considered to be one of the best grass court players of her generation, she has been noted for her "cerebral" skills on the surface. Pironkova also found success playing on the quick hard-courts throughout her career, winning a title in Sydney and reaching the quarterfinals of the US Open.

Stanislav Ianevski, born Stanislav Yanevski (Bulgarian: Станислав Яневски on 16 May 1985), is a Bulgarian actor who is perhaps best known for playing Viktor Krum in the 2005 fantasy film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Alice Panikian (Armenian: Ալիսա Փանիկյան; Bulgarian: Алис Паникян) (born May 23, 1985) is a Bulgarian-Canadian journalist, TV host, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Canada on March 21, 2006. She attended William Lyon Mackenzie Collegiate Institute in Toronto, and graduated in 2003.

Miroslav Barnyashev (Bulgarian: Мирослав Барняшев, born December 25, 1984), better known by the ring name Miro, is a Bulgarian-American professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He is best known for his 10-year career in WWE under the ring name Rusev; and he was the first (and so far only) Bulgarian wrestler to have worked for WWE.
