Bornö Marine Research Station, owned by the Bornö Institute for Ocean and Climate Studies, is located at Holma on the island Stora Bornö in Gullmarsfjorden, about 100 km (62 mi) north of Gothenburg, Sweden. It was built in 1902 by Otto Pettersson [sv] and Gustaf Ekman [sv], both pioneers of Swedish marine research. The island has been considered by many Swedes to be the birthplace of Swedish oceanography.

Kinnekulle Ring is a 2.072 km (1.287 mi) motor racing circuit in Kinnekulle, Sweden. The circuit was built in 1969. The circuit is mainly used for the national events, however it also hosted some international events, such as European Formula Two Championship, European Rallycross Championship, Norwegian Touring Car Championship, and lastly F4 Danish Championship.

Mariedal Castle (Swedish: Mariedals slott) is a manor house in Götene Municipality, Västergötland, Sweden.

Stora Ek Manor (Swedish: Stora Eks herrgård) is a manor house in Mariestad Municipality, Sweden. The manor is privately owned.

Partille arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena that was inaugurated in September of 2016. The arena holds 5.500 people during consert and 4.000 during sports event. Since the inauguration the arena has hosted a number of events, such as P3 Guld, Sweden´s biggest music awards. In 2018 a new audience record was set when Bryan Adams played in front of 5.503 people. The event management is operated by the municipality of Partille and the arena holds a number of tenants, one of which is IK Sävehof, a handball club from Partille. IK Sävehof is one of the biggest handball clubs in the world and has both a womens and mens team in the highest respective leagues in Sweden.

Torpaskolan was a school located in Vänersborg, Sweden. It was finished in 1965, when it was built to educate the increasing youth population in Vänersborg. The school consisted of one main building housing the standard classrooms, physics, biology and chemistry classrooms, as well as residence rooms. Scattered "in front" of the main building, is four smaller buildings, containing engineering, crafts, music, home economics and art education classrooms. In the largest of the smaller buildings, there a canteen as well as an auditorium. The physical education takes place in the so-called "Arena Fritid", about a hundred metric meters from the main building. Arena Fritid is also where the floor ball team IBK Red Stars practice.

Borås Ishall is an indoor arena located in Borås, Sweden. It is Borås HC's current home arena and has a capacity of 3,700 spectators.

Torp Köpcentrum is a shopping mall located next to the highway (E6), about seven kilometres northwest of Uddevalla. Torp has currently around 69 shops, 700 employees and 3700 free parking spaces. Torp shopping mall owned by Steen & Strøm Sweden AB, a subsidiary of the Norwegian retail and real estate company Steen & Strøm.

Sparbanken Lidköping Arena is an indoor arena in Lidköping, Sweden. It is the home arena for the bandy team, Villa Lidköping BK. The normal capacity of the arena is 4,500 for bandy games and 12,500 for concerts, and the arena was opened on December 25, 2009.
