Honglou Times Square (Chinese: 红楼时代广场) is a 313 metres (1,026.9 ft) tall skyscraper in Lanzhou, Gansu, China. Construction started in 2012 and was completed in 2018. It is the tallest building in Gansu.

Borden Memorial Hospital was a hospital in Lanzhou, Gansu, China from 1918 to 1951. It was founded by the China Inland Mission with money donated by the Borden family after the death of William Whiting Borden. Borden had meant to come to China as a missionary, but died in Cairo, Egypt while studying Arabic to prepare himself to serve the Muslims of China. The hospital was handed over to the Chinese government in 1951.

The Gansu Provincial Museum (simplified Chinese: 甘肃省博物馆; traditional Chinese: 甘肅省博物館; pinyin: Gānsù Shěng Bówùguǎn) is a museum in Lanzhou, China. Its collections include over 350,000 artefacts, in two main sections: history and natural science. Since its foundation, the museum has held almost 300 exhibitions, and items from its collections have been exhibited worldwide. The museum was originally only for the history of Gansu itself, but was re-purposed in 1956 to be a natural history museum, after three years of renovations.

Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport (IATA: LHW, ICAO: ZLLL) is an international airport serving Lanzhou, the capital of Northwest China’s Gansu province. It is located 71 kilometres (44 mi) northwest of downtown Lanzhou. It was opened in 1970 and serves as a major air hub for the province of Gansu and western China. There are eight gates served by aerobridges in the terminal. A new larger (61,000 m) Terminal 2 is located to the South, adjacent to the existing terminal. The new terminal adds nine aerobridges.

Dongfanghong Square is a large square and park in Lanzhou, China. It is located centrally in the city. On the west side, a stadium is located and on the east side the Guofang Department Store mall is located.

The Lanzhou Botanical Garden (Chinese: 兰州植物园) is a botanical garden located in north-western part of the city's Anning District, near the Science Park of Lanzhou Jiaotong University. The 214 ha large park was constructed in 1993 and features over 200 plant species situated around a 19 ha pond

Gongxingdun Airport (IATA: LHW, ICAO: ZLLL), also called Lanzhou Donggang Airport, was an airport in Gongxingdun township, Chengguan District, Lanzhou, the capital of Northwest China's Gansu province. It was the city's main airport until it was replaced by the newly opened Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport on 26 July 1970.

Lanzhou Prison is a high-security prison in Lanzhou, Gansu, China. The prison grounds include several workshops where prisoners work.
