    Television City, alternatively CBS Television City, is a television studio complex located in the Fairfax District of Los Angeles, California, United States. The facilities are located at 7800 Beverly Boulevard, at the corner of Fairfax Avenue. Designed by architect William Pereira and Charles Luckman, Television City opened in 1952 as a dedicated electronic (video) production facility, the second CBS network show factory in Southern California, paralleling 35mm film production at CBS Studio Center in the Studio City section of the San Fernando Valley. Radford continues to house soundstage facilities for film-type TV show productions, and also now houses the network's Los Angeles local television operations (KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV). Since 1961, Television City has also served as a national backup master control facility for CBS's television network operations. In 2018, CBS sold Television City to the real estate investment company Hackman Capital Partners while continuing to exclusively lease its space.

Yarmouk Stadium was one of the oldest Palestinian stadiums, opened in 1952 under Egyptian administration and was restored under the direct supervision of the Municipality of Gaza. It is the home stadium of the Gaza Sports Club. The stadium seated 9,000 spectators.

    Huncoat Power Station was located in Huncoat near Accrington, Lancashire. It was a 150 MW, coal-fired, electricity generating station in operation from 1952 to 1984. It has since been demolished. Huncoat power station replaced the earlier Accrington power station that had supplied electricity to the town since 1900.

    Cairo Skywatch Tower, also known as Delta Lima 3 Green Ground Observation Tower, is a historic watchtower located in Tippecanoe Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It was built in 1952, and is a 40-foot tall wooden structure. It once had a glass-enclosed office. It was the first officially commissioned rural skywatch tower by the United States Air Force's Civilian Ground Observation Corps under the Operation Skywatch program. In 1959, after the dissolution of the Civilian Ground Observation Corps, the watchtower was also abandoned.

It was built between 1948 and 1952, and is located in a historically African-American section of New Bern. It consists of a one-story, 110-foot-by-91-foot, concrete-block main block with a 30-foot-by-91-foot wing. The building is in the Modern style. It was initially used as a recreational center and basketball arena for the African-American youth of the community and later as a venue for neighborhood gatherings and social events.

It was built in 1952, and is a two-story, brick building in the Moderne style. The hospital housed a pharmacy, laboratory, X-ray room, staff dining room, two operating rooms, and 50 beds to service the local community. The hospital closed in August 1973.
