Noel Fitzpatrick is an Irish veterinary surgeon, based in Eashing, Surrey who came to prominence through the television programme The Supervet. Originally from Ballyfin, in Laois, Ireland, he moved to Guildford, Surrey, in 1993, where he is director and managing clinician at Fitzpatrick Referrals. His veterinary practice includes two hospitals specialising in orthopaedics and neurosurgery in Eashing, Surrey, and another specialising in oncology and soft tissue surgery in Guildford. He is director of a number of biotechnology companies spun off from his practice.

Stephen "Steve" Leonard (born 4 September 1972 in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland) is a British veterinarian and television personality.

Nicholas Edmund Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 12th Earl of Shaftesbury, (born 3 June 1979) also known as Nick Ashley-Cooper, succeeded his brother as Earl of Shaftesbury. The 12th Earl of Shaftesbury is the godson of Gerald Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster, and Simon Elliot, brother-in-law of Charles, Prince of Wales.

James Alfred Wight OBE FRCVS (3 October 1916 – 23 February 1995), better-known by his pen name James Herriot, was a British veterinary surgeon and writer.

Donald Vaughan Sinclair (22 April 1911 – 28 June 1995) was a British veterinary surgeon who graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 1933. He was made famous as the eccentric character Siegfried Farnon in the semi-autobiographical books of James Herriot (Alf Wight), adapted for film and television as All Creatures Great and Small.

Wallace Brian Vaughan Sinclair (27 September 1915 – 13 December 1988), universally known as Brian, was a British veterinary surgeon who worked for a time with his elder brother Donald and Alf Wight. Wight wrote a series of semi-autobiographical books under the name James Herriot, with Brian and Donald Sinclair appearing in fictionalised form as brothers Tristan and Siegfried Farnon.

Deborah 'Debby' Reynolds CB served as the Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO) of the United Kingdom from March 2004 until she retired in November 2007. She is usually referred to as Debby Reynolds, or less often as Deborah Reynolds, and occasionally as Debbie Reynolds.

Jess French is a British television personality, veterinarian and author. She is the presenter of a television programme called Minibeast Adventure with Jess which has aired on CBeebies. More recently, French has risen to prominence as an author of conservation books for children

Rachel Taylor (born 13 June 1983) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays in either Lock or back row for the Bristol Ladies/Newport Gwent Dragons and the Wales women's national rugby union team. She won her first international cap against Canada in 2007, and has since captained the team.

William Williams (1832–1900) was a Welsh veterinary surgeon who served as principal of the Dick Veterinary College in Edinburgh (1867–73) and as president of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (1879). He was the founder and principal of the rival New Veterinary College (1873–1904), originally housed in Gayfield House, Edinburgh.
