Paris Basketball is a French professional basketball club based in Paris. The club currently plays in the LNB Pro B, the second division of basketball in France.

Paris Basket Racing, or PBR, was a French professional basketball club from Paris. It was founded in 1922, as the basketball section of the multi-sports club Racing Club de Paris. The team took the name "Paris Basket Racing" in 2000. In 2007, the club merged with another club from the Paris area, Levallois Sporting Club Basket, to form the current version of the club, known first as Paris-Levallois Basket, and later as Levallois Metropolitans and Metropolitans 92.

Centre Fédéral de Basket-ball (transl.), shortly CFBB, is a French basketball club, based in Paris. The club's squads are filled with players from the training institute INSEP. The first team of the club currently plays in the Nationale Masculine 1, the third tier level in France. The organisation is managed by the Fédération Française de Basket-Ball (FFBB), the national French basketball association.

Alsace de Bagnolet or Alsace Bagnolet is a French basketball club founded in 1924 and based in Bagnolet in the eastern suburbs of Paris. It is a part of the sports club of the same name founded in 1908. It belonged to the highest level championship of France in the 1960s, winning three league titles. In 2006, the club tried to restructure itself in order to regain entry to the Championship of France. It currently operates in National League Three.

Jeunesse Sportive des Fontenelles de Nanterre, commonly referred to as JSF Nanterre or simply Nanterre, is a professional basketball club from the city of Nanterre, France. The club has played in the top basketball league in France, the LNB Pro A, since 2011.

Paris-Levallois Basket is a French professional basketball club from the Paris area. It was founded in 2007 with the merger of Paris Basket Racing, from the city of Paris, and Levallois Sporting Club Basket, from the nearby commune of Levallois-Perret. The club maintains its headquarters in Levallois-Perret, and plays home games at the former arenas of both its predecessor clubs.

Union Sportive Métropolitaine des Transports or simply Métro is a French basketball club that has seen the elite league in France the period from 1930 to 1940. The club founded in 1928, was based in Paris, and also was a section of sports club of the Metropolitan Sports Transport Union. The team has since disappeared and no longer changes at the local level or corporate events.

Sporting Cheminot de Pratiques Omnisports or simply SCPO is a French basketball club based in Paris, now disappeared from the top-level.
