PAO Thriamvos Athinon (Greek: ΠΑΟ Θρίαμβος Αθηνών) is a Greek sport club based in Athens. It was founded in 1930, originally under the name Mikrasiatiki Athens and later Doxa Athens. It has departments in football, basketball and handball. The club is based in the neighbourhood of Athens, Neos Kosmos. Because some departments of the club use the sport facilities of nearby suburb Dafni, the club is also named PAO Thriamvos Athinon/Dafnis.

Asteras Exarchion, alternatively called Asteras Exarchia (Greek: Αστέρας Εξαρχείων), is a Greek sports club from Exarcheia, Athens, founded in 1928, but competing under its current name from 1967. The club has three active sports sections: Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball and men's football sections. The women's basketball team compete in the top division the A1 Ethniki, and the men's football team compete in the amateur Athens Football Clubs Association Division B. The club colours are black and white.

The Athletic Nautical Club of Glyfada , or "ANOG" (Greek: Αθλητικός Ναυτικός Όμιλος Γλυφάδας, "ΑΝΟΓ") was founded by 20 local sportsmen in 1946 and is located in Glyfada, Athens.

Panionios Women's Basketball is the women's basketball department of Panionios GSS, the Greek multi-sport club based in Nea Smyrni. The first basketball department of the club was founded in 1919 and was one of the first in Greece. The women's department in turn was established in the post-war period. Its last reconstitution took place in the late 1990s. The club plays in A2 Ethniki (2nd tier) but recently it has played in A1 Ethniki. They have won one Greek Championship, in 2007.

The Sporting Athens women's basketball team (Greek: Σπόρτιγκ Αθήνα KAE) is a Greek women's professional basketball team that is located at Ano Patissia, Athens, Greece, at the area of Elia Zervou 89 and Sarantaporou. The club's full name is A.O. Sporting Athens women's basketball.

Basketball Agia Paraskevi (Greek: Καλαθοσφαίριση Αγίας Παρασκευής - Kalathosfairisi Agia Paraskevi), officially abbreviated as K.A.P. (Κ.Α.Π.), is a Greek basketball club that is based in Agia Paraskevi, Athens. It was founded in 1986, and so far it has twice played in the Greek 2nd Division.

Elliniko-Sourmena B.C. is a Greek basketball club, based in Elliniko, a suburb in the south of Attica. The club was founded in 2012 after merging the older local basketball clubs, Elliniko B.C. and Sourmena B.C. The colours of the club are the blue and white and the emblem is a torch. The most successful team of the club is the women team which dominated for two seasons (2013–14 and 2014–15) in women's Greek basketball and won two Greek championships and two cups.

Panathinaikos AC Women's Basketball is the women's basketball department of the major Greek multi-sport club Panathinaikos A.O.. The club is based in Athens, Greece. The department was founded in 1937 creating the first and oldest women's basketball team in the country. Pavlos and Thanasis Giannakopoulos Indoor Hall is the home arena of the team.

G.S. Agia Paraskevi (Greek: Γυμναστικός Σύλλογος Αγίας Παρασκευής) is a Greek basketball club based in Agia Paraskevi, Athens. It was founded in 1976 and is active in women basketball. The club had earlier long-time presence in A1 Ethniki women. The most successful season of the club was the season 1987-88 when it finished in 2nd place of the championship. The last season (2014–15) the club plays in the first local Attica division.

Ampelokipoi B.C. or Ampelokipi B.C. (Greek: Α.Ο. Αμπελοκήπων, Αμπελόκηποι) is a Greek basketball club that is based in the Athenian neighborhood Ampelokipoi. It plays in the third local division (Γ ΕΣΚΑ), but in the past it has played in the top-tier Greek Basket League for two seasons. The club's colours are green and white, and its emblem is three circles, like Olympic circles.
