Bahamian athletes

Shaunae Miller-Uibo (born 15 April 1994) is a Bahamian athlete sprinter who competes in the 200 and 400 metres. She was the 400 metres Olympic champion in 2016 and was the 200 m gold medallist at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. At the World Athletics Championships she won 400 m silver in 2015 and 2019 and 200 m bronze in 2017.

Tonique Williams-Darling (née Williams; born January 17, 1976, Nassau, Bahamas) is a Bahamian sprint athlete. She won the gold medal in the 400 meters at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.

LaToy Williams (born 28 May 1988) in Freeport, Bahamas is a Bahamian sprint athlete mainly competing in the 400m. He was part of the 4 × 400 m relay team at the 2009 and 2011 IAAF World Championships in Athletics.

Bianca Stuart (born May 17, 1988 in Nassau, Bahamas) is a Bahamian long jumper and national record holder with a 6.81 m jump in 2011.

Demetrius Pinder (born 13 February 1989) is a Bahamian male track and field sprint athlete who competes in the 400 metres. His personal best for the event is 44.77 seconds. At the 2012 London Olympics he was a 400 m finalist and relay gold medallist.

Shonel Ferguson (born November 6, 1957 in Nassau) is a former track and field athlete from the Bahamas, who competed in the women's sprint and long jump events during her career. She is a three-time Olympian (1976, 1984 and 1988). Ferguson was inducted into the Bahamas Track and Field Hall of Fame in 1993.

Sheniqua Ferguson (born 24 November 1989) is a Bahamian sprinter who specializes in the 100 and 200 metres. She was born in Nassau. She was part of the Bahamian team that won silver in the women's 4 x 100 m at the 2009 World Championships. She was the 2008 Junior World Champion in the 200 m, and also won bronze in the 100 m that year. She competed in the 200m at the 2008 Summer Olympics. At the 2012 Olympics, she competed in the 100 m and the 4 x 100 m relay. She competed in the 100 m and the 4 x 100 m relay at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. At the 2016 Olympics, she competed in the 200 m.

Jacqueline Lois Elizabeth Edwards (born 14 April 1971 in Falmouth, Trelawny Parish) is a Bahamian long jumper, who was born in Jamaica.

Pauline Elaine Davis-Thompson (born 9 July 1966) is a former Bahamian sprinter. She competed at five Olympics, a rarity for a track and field athlete. She won her first medal at her fourth Olympics and her first gold medals at her fifth Olympics (Sydney 2000) at age 34 in the 4 × 100 m Relay and, after Marion Jones' belated disqualification nine years later, in the 200m.

Eldece Clarke-Lewis (born 13 January 1965) is a Bahamian sprints athlete. She was a part of the Bahamian team that won the silver medal in the 1996 Olympics 4 x 100 metres relay.
