Ernesto "Che" Guevara (14 June, 1928 – 9 October, 1967) was an Argentine Marxist revolutionary, physician, author, guerrilla leader, diplomat, and military theorist. Santiago Amigorena (born 15 February 1962 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is an Argentine screenwriter, film producer, film director and actor.

Luis Ortega Salazar (born July 12, 1980 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is an Argentine film director, and screenplay writer. He works in the cinema of Argentina.

Carlos Saúl Menem (2 July 1930 – 14 February 2021) was an Argentine lawyer and politician who served as the 44th president of Argentina from 1989 to 1999. He was also a Senator for La Rioja Province from 2005 until his death. Ideologically, he identified as a Peronist and supported economically liberal policies. He served as President of the Justicialist Party for thirteen years, and his political approach became known as Menemism.

Fuad Jorge Jury (28 May 1938 – 5 November 2012), commonly known as Leonardo Favio was an Argentine singer, actor, film director and screenwriter, born to a family of Syrian origin. He is considered one of Argentina's best film directors and most enduring cultural figures as well as a popular singer-songwriter throughout Latin America.

Gaspar Noé (born 27 December 1963) is an Argentine filmmaker based in Paris, France. He is the son of Argentine painter, writer and intellectual Luis Felipe Noé. He has directed five feature films: I Stand Alone (1998), Irréversible (2002), Enter the Void (2009), Love (2015), and Climax (2018).

Angel Balzarino (born August 4, 1943) is an Argentine writer who currently lives in Rafaela. He has published several novellas and a dozen books of stories.

Adolfo Bioy Casares (September 15, 1914 – March 8, 1999) was an Argentine fiction writer, journalist, diarist, and translator. He was a friend and frequent collaborator with his fellow countryman Jorge Luis Borges, and is the author of the fantastic fiction novel The Invention of Morel.

Tomás Yankelevich (born December 12, 1977) is an Argentine television director and television producer. The son of Argentine producer and composer Cris Morena and prolific former Telefe director Gustavo Yankelevich and the brother of actress Romina Yan.
