Wu Tingfang (Chinese: 伍廷芳, also known as Ng Choy or Ng Achoy (Chinese: 伍才; pinyin: Wǔ Cái); 30 July 1842 – 23 June 1922) was a Chinese diplomat and politician who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and briefly as Acting Premier during the early years of the Republic of China.

Jiao Ruoyu (Chinese: 焦若愚; November 7, 1915 – January 1, 2020) was a People's Republic of China politician and diplomat. He was born in Ye County, Henan. He was deputy mayor of Shenyang under Huang Oudong. He was PRC Ambassador to North Korea (1965–1970), Peru (1972–1977) and Iran (1977–1979). He was mayor of Beijing (1981–1983). On August 14, 2012, Jiao, 97, was confirmed as the oldest member of the Chinese Communist Party to attend the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. He celebrated his 100th birthday on November 7, 2015.

Cui Guoyin (Traditional Chinese: 崔國因; Simplified Chinese: 崔国因; Hanyu Pinyin: Cuī Guóyīn) (1831–1909) was the Chinese Minister to the United States, Japan, and Peru from 1889 to 1893. Cui was born in what is today Huangshan City, Anhui Province. The details of his life are not well known beyond a diary that he wrote chronicling his time as Minister.

Zhang Yintang (Chinese: 張蔭棠; pinyin: Zhāng Yīntáng; 1864–1937), courtesy name Chaobi (Chinese: 朝弼), was a Chinese diplomat of the Qing era and of the Republic of China who served as Chinese Ambassador to the United States (also accredited to Peru and Spain from 1909 to 1911.

Zhu Xiangzhong (Chinese: 朱祥忠; pinyin: Zhū Xiángzhōng; 28 October 1932 – 24 August 2022) was a Chinese diplomat who served as Chinese Ambassador to Peru from 1988 to 1990 and Chinese Ambassador to Chile from 1990 to 1995.

Wang Yanchang (Chinese: 王言昌; pinyin: Wáng Yánchāng; 1926–2008) was a diplomat of the People's Republic of China. He represented his country as ambassador in Guyana (with concurrent accreditation to Trinidad and Tobago, and as diplomat in other countries, such as Peru, India and Denmark.

Wang Ze (Chinese: 王泽; pinyin: Wáng Zé; 1918–?) was a Chinese diplomat and politician.

Chen Jiuchang (Chinese: 陳久長; pinyin: Chén Jiǔzhǎng) is a diplomat of the People's Republic of China.

Jia Guide (Chinese: 賈桂德; pinyin: Jiǎ Guìdé) is a diplomat of the People's Republic of China. Since January 2023, he is the current Ambassador to Italy and to San Marino.

Song Yang (Chinese: 宋揚; pinyin: Sòng Yáng) is a diplomat of the People's Republic of China. Since August 2022, he is the current Chinese Ambassador to Peru.
