Jacques Kallis (born 16 October 1975) is a South African cricket coach and former cricketer. As a right-handed batsman and right-arm fast-medium swing bowler, Kallis is regarded as one of the greatest all-rounders of all time, and as South Africa's greatest batsman. As of 2020 he is the only cricketer in the history of the game to score more than 10,000 runs and take over 250 wickets in both ODI and Test match cricket; he also took 131 ODI catches. He scored 13,289 runs in his Test match career and took 292 wickets and 200 catches.

Allan Joseph Lamb (born 20 June 1954) is a former England cricketer and captain who played for the first-class teams of Western Province and Northamptonshire. He joined Northamptonshire so he could enhance his career and eventually play Test cricket for England, as his native country South Africa were to be banned from International cricket due to the apartheid régime. He retired in 1995 at the age of 41 and currently works for Sky Sports and other TV cricketing broadcasts as an analyst.

Sikhumbuzo Notshe (born 28 May 1993) is a South African professional rugby union player who currently plays for the Cell C Sharks in Super Rugby and Western Province in the Currie Cup. His regular playing position is flanker.

Grant Dale Kemp is a South African-born Hong Kong international rugby union player, currently playing with the Hong Kong national team and Valley in the Hong Kong Premiership. His regular position is prop.

Gary Gold (born 6 July 1967) is a South African rugby union coach who has coached at various levels of the game in England, Japan and South Africa. He is currently the head coach of the United States national side.

Air Vice-Marshal Sir Charles Warburton Meredith KBE CB AFC (23 August 1896 – 19 April 1977) was a South African air force pilot, and Air Officer Commanding of the Rhodesian Air Training Group during the Second World War.

Marcello Edward Dennis Sampson (born 27 March 1987 in Cape Town) is a South African rugby union player, who most recently played as a winger with Western Province.

Izak David du Plessis, who published under the name I. D. du Plessis (25 June 1900, in Cape Town, South Africa – 11 December 1981 in Cape Town), was an Afrikaans-language writer. A successful writer in many genres, he is included among the Dertigers.

Richard Ernst Levi (born 14 January 1988) is an English-South African cricketer. He played in the 2006 U-19 Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka. He currently plays for Western Province, Cape Cobras and Northamptonshire. He attended Wynberg Boys' High school in Cape Town and received honours for cricket in 2005.
