Albanian athletes

Mirela Maniani (Greek: Μιρέλα Μανιάνι, 21 December 1976) is a retired Greek track and field athlete who competed in the javelin throw. Prior to 1997, she represented Albania.

Pavlina Evro (born January 22, 1965) is a retired Albanian mid-distance and long-distance runner athlete.

Alma Qeramixhi (born November 14, 1963 in Korçë) is an Albanian heptathlete who represented her country in the 1992 Summer Olympics. She competed in the women's heptathlon, but did not finish.

Savva Lika (Greek: Σάββα Λίκα, Albanian: Vojsava Lika born 27 June 1970) is a retired javelin thrower who represented Greece.

Oltion Luli (18 August 1969) born in Shkodër he is a former Albanian athlete, who competed at the 2000 Summer Olympic Games in the Men's 100m he finished 8th in his heat and failed to advance.

Klodeta Gijni (Tirana, 20 August 1964) is a former Albanian high jumper. She is the current national outdoor record holder (1.92 m). It was the only female member of the Albanian team at the first edition of the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki (Finland) from 7 to 14 August 1983.

Luiza Gega (born 5 November 1988) is an Albanian middle- and long-distance runner who specialises in the 3000 metres steeplechase since 2016.

Klodiana Shala (born 22 August 1979 in Tirana) is an Albanian track and field athlete who competes in the 200 metres and 400 metres sprints. Her personal bests are 23.27 and 52.86 seconds, respectively.

Izmir Smajlaj (born 29 March 1993) is an Albanian professional Olympic athlete who specialises in the long jump. He won the gold medal at the 2017 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Belgrade, the first gold medal for his country at a major athletics competition, setting a new national record of 8.08 metres in 2017.

Vera Bitanji (born 21 April 1969) is an Albanian triple jumper who represented her country in the 1996 Summer Olympics. She competed in the women's triple jump, and finished 25th.
