AFL Women's Rising Star winners

Madison Prespakis (born 2 November 2000) is an Australian rules footballer playing for Carlton Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). A midfielder who won multiple accolades at junior level and played in the VFL Women's (VFLW) as a teenager, Prespakis won the 2019 AFL Women's Rising Star award in her debut season and the 2020 AFL Women's best and fairest award in her second season. She is also a dual AFL Women's All-Australian and dual Carlton best and fairest winner.

Zarlie Goldsworthy (born 18 November 2004) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Greater Western Sydney in the AFL Women's (AFLW). In 2023, her second season in the league, she won both her club's best and fairest and the league's Rising Star awards.

Tyla Hanks (born 15 February 2000) is an Australian rules footballer playing for Melbourne in the AFL Women's (AFLW). An inside midfielder, she played junior football in the TAC Cup Girls and VFL Women's, and competed at four AFL Women's Under 18 Championships. Hanks was recruited by Melbourne with pick 6 in the 2018 AFLW draft and debuted in the opening round of the 2019 season.

The AFL Women's Rising Star award is presented annually to the best young player in the AFL Women's (AFLW) during the home-and-away season. The first award was awarded in 2017. The award has been sponsored by National Australia Bank (NAB) since 2017.

Chloe Molloy (born 6 December 1998) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Collingwood Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW).

Ebony Marinoff (born 15 November 1997) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Adelaide Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Marinoff was named the inaugural AFL Women's Rising Star winner in 2017, and is a dual AFL Women's premiership player and dual AFL Women's All-Australian. She also won a premiership with Darebin in the VFL Women's (VFLW) in 2017 and represented The Allies in the inaugural AFL Women's State of Origin match later that year.
