21st-century Austrian photographers

Sigmar Berg (born 1975, Austria) is an entrepreneur, artist, photographer, and fashion designer best known for the Lovetuner®, a mindfulness tool that seeks to bring personal healing to the user via the 528 hz frequency, also known as the love frequency. Berg is also the founder of +Beryll, a luxury accessory company that specializes in designer sunglasses and other lifestyle accessories.

Gottfried Helnwein (born 8 October 1948) is an Austrian-Irish visual artist. He has worked as a painter, draftsman, photographer, muralist, sculptor, installation and performance artist, using a wide variety of techniques and media.

Erwin Wurm (born 1954) is an Austrian artist born in Bruck an der Mur, Styria, Austria. He lives and works in Vienna and Limberg, Austria.

Hanna Putz (*1987 in Vienna) is an Austrian photographer.

Julia Spicker (born in Braunau am Inn) is an Austrian photographer. She is well known for her pictures of self-confident women, but covers a broad range of portrait and fashion photography.

Auguste L. "Gustl" French (1909–2004) was an Austrian-American painter, printmaker and photographer. She was born and educated in Vienna, Austria receiving a doctorate in modern philology from the University of Vienna. While in Europe, she studied with Oskar Kokoschka. She came to the United States in 1944, fleeing the Bombing of Vienna. She taught at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and moved to California in the mid-1950s with her family. There she studied in the California College of Arts and Crafts, Oakland and the Claremont Graduate University's M.F.A. Program.

Birgit Jürgenssen (1949–2003) was an Austrian photographer, painter, graphic artist, curator and teacher who specialized in feminine body art with self-portraits and photo series, which have revealed a sequence of events related to the daily social life of a women in its various forms including an atmosphere of shocking fear and common prejudices. She was acclaimed as one of the "outstanding international representatives of the feminist avant-garde". She lived in Vienna. Apart from holding solo exhibitions of her photographic and other art works, she also taught at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.

David Ejikeme Uzochukwu (born 10 December 1998) is an Austrian–Nigerian art photographer with a focus on portrait photography who lives and works in Brussels and Berlin.
