María Corina Machado Parisca (born 7 October 1967, sometimes referred to as MCM) is a Venezuelan politician who served as an elected member of the National Assembly of Venezuela from 2011 to 2014. She was a candidate for Venezuelan president in the 2012 elections and has indicated that she would run again in 2019 if interim President Juan Guaidó were to call for elections.

Salomón Cohen Levy (28 May 1927 – 24 June 2018) was an Jewish Palestianian-Venezuelan civil engineer and real estate businessman. He was the founder and owner of the construction company Sambil.

Juan Ernesto Soto Arevalo (born October 14, 1977) is a Venezuelan football referee. Soto has been a FIFA international referee since 2005. He is a civil engineer by profession.

Jacqueline Faría is a Venezuelan politician. She was the head of the state mobile phone company Movilnet Minister of Environment and Natural Resources (2005–2007), and head of Caracas' water company, Hidrocapital. She is a hydraulic civil engineer by profession.

Gertrud Louise Goldschmidt (1 August 1912 – 17 September 1994), known as Gego, was a modern Venezuelan visual artist. Gego is perhaps best known for her geometric and kinetic sculptures made in the 1960s and 1970s, which she described as "drawings without paper".

Jose Gonzalez-Lander (November 13, 1933 – January 18, 2000) was a Caracas, Venezuela born engineer credited for leading the planning, design and construction of the Caracas Metro during an uninterrupted period of more than thirty years, from 1966 to 1997.

Guaicaipuro Lameda Montero (born 6 August 1954 in Barquisimeto, Venezuela), is a brigadier general in the Venezuelan Army and an electrical engineer. He graduated from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California, United States.

Edgar Jaín Anzola (27 March 1893, Villa de Cura — 14 December 1981, Caracas) was a Venezuelan pioneering engineer, filmmaker, radio broadcaster, writer, journalist and cartoonist. He is credited with several firsts: bringing the first automobile to Venezuela; engineering Venezuela's first aeroplane flight; starring in Venezuela's first feature film; starting Venezuela's first commercial radio station; and producing Venezuela's first scientific documentary. His son, filmmaker Alfredo Anzola, created the 1993 film El misterio de los ojos escarlata about his father's life.

Dr. Alfredo Jahn Hartman (8 October 1867 – 12 July 1940) was a Venezuelan civil engineer, botanist and geographer. Jahn was a member of the Academy of History, the Academy of Physical Sciences, Mathematics and Naturalist of Venezuela and the Venezuelan Society of Natural Sciences and achieved the Order of the Liberator. He was also an explorer and mountain climber. There is a large cave named after Jahn, "Cueva Alfredo Jahn" (The Alfredo Jahn cave). In 1911 he became the first person to ascend Pico Humboldt in the Sierra Nevada de Mérida in Venezuela.

Leopoldo Sucre Figarella (1926–1996), was a Venezuelan politician and engineer. A member of the Sucre family Sucre Figarella served as governor, minister and senator during his long and eventful political career. He was nicknamed "The Builder" and "The Czar of Guayana".
