Harenchi Gakuen (ハレンチ学園, lit. "Shameless School") is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Go Nagai. The manga was one of the first to be serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump, where it ran from 1968 to 1972, with its chapters collected in thirteen tankōbon volumes. A modern-day version of the manga, Heisei Harenchi Gakuen, was serialized by Nihon Bungeisha and Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha in Weekly Manga Goraku and Weekly Manga Sunday, respectively, from 1994 to 1995. A sequel to the original series, illustrated by Teruto Aruga and titled Harenchi Gakuen: The Company, was serialized in Shueisha's Business Jump from 2007 to 2008.

Screw Style (Japanese: ねじ式, Hepburn: Nejishiki) is a one-shot manga written and illustrated by essayist and manga artist Yoshiharu Tsuge. Screw Style follows of the story of an unnamed boy who goes around several places in war-torn Japan in order to find a doctor who can fix his pierced artery.

Judo Boy (紅三四郎, Kurenai Sanshirō, "Scarlet Sanshiro") is a Japanese anime television series created by Tatsuo Yoshida and directed by his brother, Ippei Kuri (birthnamed Toyoharu Yoshida). The series aired on Fuji TV from April 2, 1969, to September 24, 1969, totaling 26 episodes. While originally based on a manga by Kuri and Yutaka Arai, published by Shueisha in 1961, the series was also followed by two manga adaptations, the first published in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday from July 28 to November 17, 1968, and a 4-chapters series in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump from May 22 to July 10, 1969.

The Laughing Salesman (Japanese: 笑ゥせぇるすまん, Hepburn: Warau Sērusuman) is a Japanese manga series created by Fujiko Fujio A. The manga "The Black Salesman" began as a one-shot manga in Shogakukan's Big Comic magazine on 1968, later serialized in Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha's Manga Sunday magazine from 1969 to 1971. The manga tells the story of a salesman named Moguro Fukuzou, whose job is to help people fill gaps in their soul. In reality, he often ruins the lives of his clients if they do not follow his strict instructions or if they betray his trust.

Tiger Mask (Japanese: タイガーマスク, Hepburn: Taigā Masuku) is a Japanese manga series written by Ikki Kajiwara and illustrated by Naoki Tsuji. The series was first published in Kodansha's Bokura Magazine from 1968 to 1970 and was later published in Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 1970 to 1971. It was later adapted into an anime series by Toei Animation which first aired on Yomiuri Television on October 2, 1969 and ended its run on September 30, 1971, airing 105 episodes. In real life, the name has been used by a succession of Japanese professional wrestling characters as a gimmick. The Tiger Mask persona is instantly recognizable by its trademark mask, designed to look like a tiger's head, as well as the combination of high flying attacks and martial arts in the ring.

Honey Honey no Suteki na Bouken (ハニーハニーのすてきな冒険, Hanī Hanī no Suteki na Bōken, lit. Honey Honey's Wonderful Adventures) is a shōjo manga by Hideko Mizuno first published in 1968 and made into a 29-episode anime television series in 1981 by Kokusai Eiga-sha and animated by Toei Animation. The anime was released in the English language in the United States in 1984 as Honey Honey. It was also broadcast in various European countries and in Latin America.

Golgo 13 (Japanese: ゴルゴ13, Hepburn: Gorugo Sātīn) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Takao Saito, published in Shogakukan's seinen manga magazine Big Comic since October 1968. The series follows the title character, a professional assassin for hire. Golgo 13 is the oldest manga still in publication, and its tankōbon edition was certified by Guinness World Records as the highest number of volumes for a manga series. Before his death in 2021, Saito said that he wanted the manga to continue on without him; he had previously raised concerns that the manga may be unfinished after he passes away. The Saito Production group of manga creators will continue its publication with the assistance of the Big Comic's editorial department.

Inakappe Taishō (Japanese: いなかっぺ大将, lit. 'The Hick Judo Champion') is Japanese manga series by Noboru Kawasaki and serialized by Shogakukan in Shogakukan no Gakushū Zasshi. The manga series won the 14th Shogakukan Manga Award. An anime adaptation was created by Tatsunoko Production.

Tomorrow's Joe (Japanese: あしたのジョー, Hepburn: Ashita no Jō, lit. 'Tomorrow's Joe'), also known as Ashita no Joe: Fighting for Tomorrow, is a Japanese boxing manga series written by Asao Takamori and illustrated by Tetsuya Chiba. It follows drifter Joe Yabuki, who discovers a passion for boxing in a juvenile prison, and his rise through Japan's and the global boxing scene.
