Taylor Daniel Lautner (//; born February 11, 1992) is an American actor, model and martial artist. Lautner is best known for playing Jacob Black in The Twilight Saga film series based on the novels of the same name by Stephenie Meyer.
Jayson Richard Gowan Werth (born May 20, 1979) is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Philadelphia Phillies. He bats and throws right-handed. Primarily a right fielder throughout his career, Werth has mainly played left field for the Nationals in 2015.
The Werewolf is a low-budget American 1956 science fiction horror film, produced by Sam Katzman and directed by Fred F. Sears from a script by Robert E. Kent. Like The Vampire (1957), it offers a science fiction view of a traditionally supernatural creature, although the films were by different production companies. The film's music was credited to Mischa Bakaleinikoff.
El Retorno del Hombre Lobo (Return of the Wolfman) is a 1981 Spanish horror film that is the ninth in a long series about the werewolf Count Waldemar Daninsky, played by Paul Naschy. In the United States, the film was released theatrically and on VHS as The Craving in 1985, and recently on DVD and Blu-ray as Night of the Werewolf.
This was by far Naschy's favorite Hombre Lobo film, according to interviews. Naschy considered it a remake of his 1970 classic La Noche de Walpurgis. The film had a much larger budget than previous Naschy werewolf productions.
Naschy followed this up with a sequel, The Beast and the Magic Sword.
The Werewolf (1913) is a silent film short that is considered the first werewolf film and the earliest film of the Universal Monsters series. It was directed by Henry MacRae, produced by Bison Film Company, and released by Universal Studios. The script is by Ruth Ann Baldwin, based on the short story "The Werewolves" (1898) by Henry Beaugrand. It is now considered a lost film, all prints supposedly having been destroyed in a 1924 fire at Universal Studios.
